I thought we had to settle for an imperfect ending after the conclusion of the challenge. But you found a way to inflict just retribution upon Judith and Kris for their sinister ways, by putting them in an endless pee loop. That is a worse punishment than being destroyed, and presents no risk to Hannah’s clan. You wrote an excellent ending to SoB. Thank you for all you diligent efforts this past year plus, they are greatly appreciated.
If you could refresh my memory what did Dr. Perry do for Petra? I can’t remember.

I should have stopped with at a loss for words. Of course I meant Kris. Kat is one of the good guys . I'll blame it on being tired. Thanks Frosty for noting my faux pas.

Although in a way an appropriate , this ( not quite) ending is shocking and unexpected. I am kind of at a loss for words right now. My joy that Hannah , yourself, and the rest of your gang are forever free from Judith and Kat , is seriously tempered by the tragic loss of River's innocence. Although the final chapter is yet to be written, the conclusion of the battle is I supposed just. Unlike what Hollywood would like us to believe, there is no perfect ending in life. No gain without serious sacrifice. Awesome job , Frosty.

Frosty, For almost a year you have artfully drawn a word picture of the existence of good and evil undead charters. Now the denouement is almost upon us. The tension has built to a palpable level . I eagerly await the resolution you have cooked up.

With Hanna losing to Mokolo/ Lucifer, Petra losing to Judith, in a singularly evil twist, after a valiant fight, and Vicky being defeated by Kris, I began to despair that things were not going the way I had hoped.
I had forgotten that Peter and Kat had won their battle by default last time. Finally when hope seemed lost Erica pulls out a seemingly impossible victory over her rival, Bethy (YEA Erica!). So they are tied with one battle to go. It all comes down to River and Cestus, fighting out of sight, in the dark, which is of course where you left us hanging in a classic cliffhanger. AAAH! Well done Frosty.
I find it particularly interesting that nobody has been destroyed thus far, the most malevolent of the opponents have won therefore no evil has been absorbed, by our friends.
Congratulations Frosty on an excellent job. Thank you for all your hard work in putting this story together, not just this chapter, but over the past year plus. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable journey.
The Epilogue by Crosses worked particularly well here, and I enjoyed the song.

Frosty you have brought us to the very edge of a long anticipated battle. The reason it took longer is obvious. More than ever your attention detail shows. There have been so many details over 51 chapters during nearly a year to make sure they make sense.. I had forgotten some , like Brad becoming Bethy at the hands of Cestus. *[my memory is not the best]
Sometimes I wondered where you were going with some of the chapters, but now you make it all relevant. I can tell everything will be tied together . Tom Clancy writes like that.
I fully appreciate the extraordinary effort you put into writing this . I want to offer my sincere thanks, as well a hearty congratulations on a job well done.
On a side note , I had not heard of the Seattle underground. You have piqued my interest to learn more , and find out why they thought it was a good idea.

As the story returns to present day, we are strongly  reminded that the characters we have come to care about are in mortal danger despite being un-dead. Petra, River and Erica are holding their pee to relieve their stress , which I myself did last week.
I am looking forward to the climatic battle that is now rapidly approaching , with pleasant anticipation and concern as well , because of the possible ramifications  even if they all win their match. I think Erica is selling herself short fearing she alone is not ready.

An interesting trip to Hannah's distant past along with a musical friend , thousands of years ago and back. Of course it is no surprise that Horus, was an actual Egyptian Mythological figure.

Musically speaking we have come full circle, with chapter one opening with John Coltrane playing, and now it is three years later and you get to meet him in person along with Miles Davis. I enjoyed Miles sarcastic wit . Also your attention to every descriptive detail has not waned a bit in the 10 months since you started writing . Thank you for your hard work.

I had not given much thought as to why Hannah is a Omo vampire , other than the stories author told us she was one.  Thank you for filling in the gap with another interesting back story, and enlightening us as to how Hannah went from  a 'regular vampire 'to an omo vampire . Frosty you leave no detail unturned.
As usual you provide the appropriate music to accompany the story. In addition  to excellent writing skills you must have a wide knowledge music well beyond what could be considered mainstream here in the USA ( A coincidence that this weekend is peak cherry blossom in Washington DC ?) ). Combine that with you knowledge of history and you have an intelligent young lady.

Of course we know she will have to fight again and for something much more important than a title-life itself.
That was 8 years ago, and she has been working to get back in shape for the clan war, that should be happening soon.

I remember from previous episodes how dangerous teleporting with another person can be. It was entirely selfless of Hannah to rescue Victor from the evil Nazis. She and Kat fight evil wherever and whenever they find, weather the evildoers are vampire or not. I wonder where this will lead, and weather lessons learned here will be applicable to their present day plight.
As always interesting a tale nonetheless.

Another Friday means yet another interesting chapter of SoB. The accompanying music even sounds like it was recorded in 1940.
I am looking forward to the long anticipated clan battle to come.

I am amazed by how you insert our heroes in times through history where evil is present. It reinforces the idea that Hannah and Kat will do what they must against evil, and get no pleasure from it, thus Hannah did not drink from any of the now dead men.
I wonder if Hannah’s killing of 5 Nazis will have a connection to the upcoming battle with Judith and Kris’ evil clan?

It was rather disheartening to read that Cool is now struggling now as the battle draws closer. Perhaps she is concerned how ‘success’ could negatively affect Hannah .Nevertheless, the music, and Petra seem to have resurrected her fighting spirit. Setbacks aside, I believe in her and the rest of the clan will somehow be ready when the battle begins. Thanks, for another finely written episode.

For the fourteenth time you have written an excellent chapter, with a surprise twist in the end, leaving us hanging and wanting more. It is especially true this time. Who are the mysterious new good vampire characters? Or are they old ones uniting with Petra & Peter uniting to defeat the evil ones holding Vicky (Hanna and Erica?).You probably have another surprise waiting showing I don’t have a clue. Now we must wait another week to find out ,aargh.
You write Sisterhood Of Blood like a serial drama on TV, which always ends at a crucial point. It’s that good. Thank You for writing it.

wettingman got a reaction from frostyjr2 in SISTERHOOD OF BLOOD (Pt. 35) HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON? (Hannah))
In chapter 35 you once again display your writing talent by switching gears. Instead of the usual narrative we read a personal blog post directly from Hannah. It truly feels like the character wrote it, not you.
Hannah really bears her soul and displays all her emotions in this well written piece. She seems rather resigned to her fate, and accepts it in the name of true love.
I wonder though, won’t the rest of her clan, whom she is willing to sacrifice herself for, also be touched by the evil they must destroy for the greater good?

wettingman got a reaction from frostyjr2 in SISTERHOOD OF BLOOD (Pt. 32) DEAL OR NO DEAL (Kris)
The introduction of a mysterious ‘wild card’, although not entirely unexpected does give me a pause and helps to heighten the tension level in the saga of SoB. This episode also reminds us all of the quandary Hannah’s clan, perhaps unknowingly, finds themselves in. While the clan needs to win to prevent Erica and Vicky from being enslaved; if they win the upcoming battle they could start their own trip inexorably down the path to evil. Quite a spot you have created!
It is interesting that you reveal that Judith and Kris were not always totally evil. Perhaps the appropriate punishment will be for Hannah to kill Judith and Kris and the rest of the gang with kindness. They would hate that, since strong negative emotions are their sustenance.
Frosty, that in a way reminds me of the conclusion of your first work of fiction here, Blade of Vengeance. As always I thoroughly appreciate your effort and hard work to produce this tense but enjoyable story.

Yes! We are back to the present day preparing for the big fight, which of course is the main focus of the SoB story ( and my favorite part). I must admit I tensed up a bit when in your introduction, you indicated this is where you were going this week. My apprehension continued to build as I enjoyed your usual excellent job of telling the tale in chapter 31.
Although I know it won’t be an easy battle, I am looking forward to the showdown. I am sure you will do your usual excellent job of describing the hostilities. I bet you still have a few surprises in store for us , perhaps foreshadowed by mentioning Judith an Kris might have an ace in the hole.

wettingman got a reaction from frostyjr2 in SISTERHOOD OF BLOOD (Pt. 28) PLAYING IN THE BAND (Cool)
You hit another home run with this chapter Frosty. With your richly detailed description of what everyone was wearing, their physical depiction, as well as the setting, and the appropriate soundtrack, I feel like I was at the bar that night. I can visualize an intimate and simple setting with a new band starting out a little shaky, but then surprising everyone with great music as they jam their brains out. Of course the big surprise comes in the end when Cool can no longer hold her pee and wets her jeans right on stage, which of course a guy named wettingman loves to hear about.
I can’t think of the word but good writers use this device to temporally break the tension in a story. You did that here as well a nicely filling in more detail of Frosty’s personality.
I know you take your writing seriously, but you can have fun too by naming the band Frosty and The Snowmen .

Frosty, oh my goodness, how on earth do I follow that? … I suppose a good start would be to pick my jaw up from the floor! You wanted to commemorate your 15,000+ views in style, and you’ve done that totally! The elaborate details, your vivid imagination, and the huge dose of awesomeness that only you know how to bring, all combine to produce something so totally outstanding that I’m completely blown away!
The abhorrently evil and sadistic nature of Kris and Judith is clearer than ever, and I find myself feeling more than just a little sorry for Janet and Diana, even though they’re a part of the opposing clan. There are so many possible paths your brilliantly intricate and twisting story can take from here, I can’t even begin to speculate on what might happen. But wherever it goes next, I know that I’ll always be utterly captivated, and spend every week counting down to the next instalment. It’s utter perfection, and of course I love it totally!

wettingman got a reaction from frostyjr2 in SISTERHOOD OF BLOOD (Pt. 24) WHEN IN ROME...(KAT)
Just when I thought this tale could not be more captivating you go back in time over 1900 years giving us the backstory how Kat became a vampire, in addition to teasing your readers with preparations for the battle to come.
I have to believe River disappeared with a destination in mind to obtain a suitable weapon; and will be able to train in the coming months. I also wonder the here-to-for unmentioned former Amazones slave girl that turned Kat will show up to help.
Like I have said in the past I continue to be amazed at the intricate detail you put into each chapter of SoB. It must take much effort and proof reading to make sure the story tracks accurately. However this week you outdid yourself, not only physically describing each of your characters but being historically accurate. In ways you remind me of one of my favorite and recently departed authors Tom Clancy.
I am a history buff so on a whim I checked and discovered Emperor Domitian was indeed Roman Emperor in AD 81. Also Hattori Hanzo was actually a Japanese Samurai swordsman. This shows an exceptional knowledge of what you are writing or a lot of painstaking research.
As always an excellent absorbing story and I look forward to next Friday.
