i don`t think that pee lovers are "more positive people", i think it`s just that we look at pee differently. non-omorashi fetishists see pee as a regular bodily liquid, such as sweat. to some it might be disgusting or filthy, but it`s pretty rare (ik that cuz i`ve talked abt this to some of my non-omo friends and they don`t find pee disgusting at all).

i`m pretty sure if her bladder is healthy she should not be experiencing any pain from holding, unless it`s an extreme amount, in which case it`s necessary to pee bc your organs might give up if you don`t- the only pain i`ve ever experienced from holding is a slightly aching urethra, but it`s not a big deal and i don`t think it has anything to do with the bladder itself, so perhaps they`re just describing the pressure
