This post inspired me, I saw Avatar 2 padded (thick adult diaper with a booster) earlier tonight and really enjoyed it. I was gonna try to hold it and have an “accident” in it, but I wasn’t desperate enough so I just slowly let it out for the last half hour of the movie, it was fantastic! Had to cover myself with my long winter coat and hope no one saw me waddling on the way out

Tonight I finally tried something I’ve been planning for a couple weeks now, self-bondage while holding. I bought a bondage harness that’s shaped like a letter H, where my wrists and ankles go in loops at the ends. They tighten when I move, which pairs very well with squirming. I set up a stool to sit on on my balcony, and looped the harness under it so my legs were mostly free to move, but my hands were trapped in place at my sides. I wore my favourite jeans to wet in, a skin tight mid-wash pair that still had a bit of pee smell on them from my last hold, even after a good wash. Before I went out, I drank just over 2.5 L of water, coffee and iced tea over a couple of hours. As I finished my last can of iced tea, I was starting to leak into my panties and was squirming like crazy, so I knew it was time to go outside and strap myself in. I filmed the whole thing, so you’ll have that to look forward to once I figure out how to upload longer videos. I was leaking often, I could feel that the crotch of my jeans were wet under me, but with the bondage I couldn’t look to assess the damage. I lasted about 7 minutes before the leaks turned into a gush, and I couldn’t hold it any longer. I wet my jeans for what felt like ages, leaving a puddle under me so big that it started dripping off my balcony even though I was as far from the edge as I could get. The relief was incredible, I’d had to go so badly, it felt heavenly to lose control like that. After a complicated couple minutes of untangling myself from the harness and stool, I finally got up and took some photos of my wet pants. After a couple minutes, the urge to pee returned as the rest of my drinks reached my bladder, so I re-wet the jeans standing this time, soaking them to the ankles and leaving a second large puddle below me. As I was typing this up, I wet the jeans two more times in the bathtub, and I’m about to have a shower. This was a great time, and I plan to do it again!

The only pull-ups I've tried were generic brand adult ones, and they definitely didn't hold much. My header photo is them leaking through the top since the padding doesn't go all the way up. Though, if I'm opting for pull-ups rather than tape-ons, it's usually because I'm hoping for leaks, so I can't say I mind

The other day, I decided to be naughty and start a hold before I went grocery shopping, so that I could get a large drink at the attached Starbucks and get quite desperate while a short distance away from home. I have a very large bladder, and the closest I'd ever gotten to a real accident was a few large leaks caused by stretching followed by giving up and deciding to let go in an intentional hold, so I knew I'd be safe from having a genuine accident in the store. I put a pull-up on under my black leggings and long Fall coat anyways, though, as I knew I wanted to induce an accident in it once I got home, and could leak without worrying about getting the floor or my clothes wet at the store. I drank a liter of water and coffee before I left, and had to go decently badly, maybe a 5/10. I crossed my legs a little while I took note of what groceries I needed, but could keep my composure just fine as I left. I drove the 2 blocks to the store, and got a 20 oz iced apple-flavoured coffee for my journey through the store. I sipped it slowly at first, but as the milk mixed in better it tasted nicer, so I drank about half the coffee as I walked around. By the time I was nearly done, I was trying to cross my legs or press my thighs together as casually as possible, and was close to holding myself when no one was around. I thought about letting some pressure off a few times, but lost my nerve when other people walked into the aisle, so I kept holding it all. I went through the checkout and packed my items just fine, I think the stress of hurrying to put it away and not hold the line up had overridden my need to pee, but I felt it full force again as I left the store. I put my groceries in my passenger seat so they'd be easy to grab on my out of my car when I got home, and went to put my shopping cart away. The cart return was only a few feet from my car, but as I pushed it in, I felt the first leak. The pull-up meant I was safe from it being noticeable, but I still hurried back into my car. The little pressure I had let off was a relief, and I downed the last of my coffee before starting my car and leaving the parking lot. The first time I went out in pull-ups, I purposely tried to leak into them while driving, but could only manage it while relaxing completely at a very long red light. This time it was easy, it was unintentional but I was loving it. I had to go badly enough that my body was deciding for me that I could stand to let a little out along the drive. I let another small leak out as I drove over the bumpy entrance to my apartment's parking lot, and drove to my spot near the back. My legs were shaking as I turned my car off and went around to the passenger side to grab my bags. With the coverage of my car door, I grabbed myself and crossed my legs for a moment before lifting my bags and carrying them to the door. I had to keep my composure, as some chatty neighbours were in the parking lot as well, and joked with me about carrying a few large grocery bags at once. Little did they know I was squeezing my legs together as I walked, to put off the inevitable accident until I had some privacy. When I got inside, I walked to the elevator and saw it was at the 5th floor. I pressed the button and waited, but with my 2 armloads of grocery bags, I wasn't able to hold myself at all, and a few small leaks were working their way out into the pull-up. This continued after the elevator arrived and brought me to the top floor, I wasn't able to stop all the small leaks from coming out. I prepared my key while I was on the elevator, not wanting to fumble it too much at the door and have an accident just outside my apartment. I got in just fine, and rushed to put away anything that needed to go in the fridge or freezer while holding myself with one hand. The leaks were all still small, so my pull-up was still mostly dry. I rushed to my room to change into the outfit I had wanted to wear to have the accident in, dark red leggings and a black skirt. I leaked a tiny bit more while getting changed, but was mostly fine, so I poured my last glass of water and went out to my balcony. My balcony has tinted glass railings, and is on the top floor, so it has relatively good privacy and prevents the need to clean up puddles on the floor. I drank my water as quickly as I could, knowing I wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. At this point I was squirming and pee-dancing like crazy, holding myself and grabbing at the front of my skirt to try to hold it in. After a few minutes, my body gave in, and I flooded the pull-up past its capacity, leaking down the backs of my thighs. The relief was short-lived though, since I hadn't let it all out. I figured I'd let the rest out and see how badly the pull-up kept leaking, since I was already in wet pants. The relief was beautiful, I'd had to go so badly before, and the warm rush through the pull-up and the tingling feeling as the padding soaked it in felt fantastic. Then I took a step forward, and the seal that had been keeping my accident inside the pull-up broke, and piss came flooding down my legs and soaking my leggings, leaving a telltale dark patch all down my legs. It even started leaking from the top, hiding the fact that I was padded at all as it soaked the previously dry area right between my legs. As I let the last of it out, the pull-up was not going to hold anything else, and I found myself soaked to my ankles, with the only sign of having been padded being the relatively small size of the puddle on the ground. After I was done, I changed into a full-size adult diaper that I used freely for the rest of the night and next morning, as this accident obviously meant I needed it 😉

Haha no, my whole family will be there so I couldn’t get away with that, but I will come home with a beautiful dress to wear whatever I want under in my free time 😉

Does anyone have any cute outfit ideas for what to wear over an adult diaper? I had fun dressing up in a schoolgirl-inspired outfit the other day with a plaid skirt and thigh-highs, and I’d love to take some requests for future outfits! My next planned outfit is a punk look with fishnets, a black skirt, etc., but I’m looking for more ideas and styles to try. I have a big wardrobe and live close to a mall, so suggest it and I’ll try my best! I have diapers and pull-ups too, so if you want to see something get leaked in, I’m already planning that with the schoolgirl outfit and a pull-up!

I put a bed pad on my chair to catch any, and there were wet spots where the leg holes were! Since the wet patch was small and I don’t want to waste a whole bed pad on a few small leaks, I’m planning to use it and wet the bed tonight!

I have a pretty big bladder, which can be a blessing and a curse, since I didn’t feel as desperate to let go as I would’ve loved, but it meant I could fill it to the point of nearly spilling out! It did feel pretty great though, it’s hard to beat the feeling of release and the warmth spreading throughout it

It'd been a few days since I got to get all padded up, so yesterday I saved my morning pee until put a diaper on around noon and used it as often as I felt an urge till around 4! I also put a cute outfit on with it to take some photos!
