    Challenge type: Omorash/Pee-holding, bladder control
     
    Time to complete: 1 day(preparation), 2-8 hours(actual challenge)
     
    NOTE: If you feel sick or can’t drink another glass, then don’t continue! Listen to your body and make sure you continue safely.
     
    This challenge will be using Rapid Desperation. Put simply, you need to spend a day drinking only water and going as often as you can. Even if it’s just a little bit, go. When your pee is almost clear, you’re ready to start. 
     
    EASY MODE:
     
    Empty your bladder, then begin with a glass of water. Once you feel an urge, use the bathroom, but you are not allowed to fully empty your bladder. You’re allowed to pee for as long as you want to, but do not empty your bladder. After two hours have passed, you may fully empty your bladder.
     
    NORMAL MODE:
     
    Empty your bladder, then drink two glasses of water. Once you feel an urge, use the bathroom, but you’re not allowed to fully empty your bladder. You’re only allowed to pee just enough to take the edge off. You must drink a glass of water every hour. After four hours have passed, you’re allowed to fully empty your bladder.
     
    HARD MODE:
     
    Empty your bladder, then drink a glass of water and a diuretic(soda, coffee, etc). Once you feel an urge, use the bathroom, but you cannot fully empty your bladder. You’re only allowed to pee long enough to take the edge off, and you cannot go longer than 8 seconds. A second is shaved off for each hour that passes(ex: 8 seconds at hour 1, 7 at 2, 6 at 3, and so on). You must drink a glass of water every hour. Once eight hours have passed, you’re allowed to fully empty your bladder.

    hmm this has me inspired... sorry your holds didn't go as planned and end in an accident! This has got me thinking though... I have about a 6/10 urge right now, perhaps I should take advantage and see how much I can fill up and how long I can hold before losing control
    this was a fun read! I hope you do it again sometime and are able to keep holding until you burst

    Finished my morning coffee, and am half way though another 500 ml bottle of water.  Beginning to feel the familiar pain of an overly full bladder

    So, i woke up to a full bladder and this gem of an idea.
    So the plan is to keep filling up my morning bladder as much as i need to until the fullness forces me to release.  Then keep drinking and holding until mh bladder forces me to have an accident. 
    Have a full day of work ahead but im working from home, so lets see how the timing works out.

    Have  a couple days to myself that i can put this to the test.  I just woke up with a full bladder and im going to hold until the oain makes me let it go.   Then the real fun begins

    When doing a hold, there are mainly two different sensations.
    1. The feeling of fullness and pain in the bladder, which makes you want to voluntarily release the pee.
    2. The feeling of muscle contraction, or the so-called "wave of pee hitting". It tries to push the pee out, and you have to clench your muscle, cross your legs, or push your hand into your crotch to prevent it from coming out.
    Eventually, if #2 is too strong, you'll fell a spasm and your muscle will go numb, succumbing to #2. That's when you fully wet yourself.

    For me, my pleasure mainly comes from #2 and the act of fighting against it. While #1 is also enjoyable at some level, when it's too much, it's just pain and not enjoyable anymore.
    As I previously mentioned a few times, when I first started doing this, the problem was that I felt only #1 but not #2. I later found a solution; the key is to exhaust my muscle by doing multiple holds in a day.
    - In the 1st hold of the day, I feel only #1 but not #2. So I'll just do it for the sake of weakening my bladder, and to measure the volume of my pee.
    - In the 2nd hold of the day, I feel more #2 and usually end up involuntarily wetting myself.
    - Sometimes I do the 3rd hold of the day. This is the most pleasurable hold as I can start feeling #2 even when I'm half-full. I have to sit on my heel when I'm in public to fight it.
     
    But last week, I went even beyond that for the first time. After a full day of 3 holdings, my bladder was still exhausted the day after, so I thought "Why not try it for another day?" So I did 2 more holdings the day after.
    And I can tell you that the last hold was the MOST PLEASURABLE hold I've ever done. In total, there were like 5-6 increasingly stronger waves of pee, each one lasting 1-2 minutes and was about 10 minutes apart.
    I had to cross my legs and push my hands into my crotch in public. In the later waves, I leaked so much that the pee is running down my legs and hit the floor (which never happened before!). I even began to worry I might wet myself in public. But after several leaks, I successfully returned to my home and fully wet myself not long after that.

    So: I drank the second 8 ounces after seeing that someone else had encouraged me to do so. Before even drinking the first 8 ounces I was already nearing a 7/10 and had been holding about 6 hours, so getting pretty full! I knew 16 ounces on that full of a bladder would absolutely burst me, but agreeing to drink it anyway and wait for the inevitable accident was part of the fun! After drinking the first 8 ounces I could already feel my bladder getting considerably fuller, and about 30 minutes after finishing the full 16 I was up to a firm 9/10. Bulging, rock-hard bladder, constant squirming, little leaks starting to happen totally involuntarily. At this point I decided to start an online lecture for a course I'm doing. I figured it would be a fun challenge and might help distract me from my aching bladder. I managed to get through about 30 minutes before the leaks starting getting more and more frequent with no way to stop them. I kept holding and taking notes until finally the dam burst. I peed all over my chair (thankfully I was prepared and put down towels) and was pretty pleased with myself that I lasted 7 hours after drinking so much!
    Since the hold started I had 24 ounces which was my max the other day, but I began the hold already at a 5/10 and 4 hours since my last pee, and I had had some more water at work over those hours.

    up to a nice squirmy 6.5 verging on 7 now after 6 hours... I'll take any suggestions to drink or challenges as I'm heading home now and planning to keep holding

    8 ounces down.. I'll check back in a bit once I feel it hit my bladder. I also have 2/3 of a Starbucks refresher in the fridge but I don't want to get too desperate TOO fast... decisions, decisions

    I've been at work in person for the past 4 hours today and its been a very busy day. Just realized to my delight that I haven't taken a break to pee since I arrived and thought, why not see how long I can go! I have a lot going on today and since it'll be a slower hold, I may not be replying on here as quickly. Going to see how many hours toilet-free I can go, and already excited for the urge to build up 🙂
    Suggestions of what and how much to drink will be taken, as long as they're reasonable 
    right now I'd say I'm at a nice 5/10, I haven't had a lot of fluids, so I think I'm gonna rehydrate with an 8oz (1 cup) glass of water to start.

    So I did some serious holding yesterday, over 2 hours I managed to get up to a nice and over-filled 10/10 bladder (bulging as much as possible, rock-hard to the touch) and held it for another 2 hours before having an accident and letting out half my bladder. After that I filled back up to bursting again without ever fully relieving myself and had another accident! See here:
     
    All that holding has me in the omo mood again today and I'm about to start filling up my bladder! Can't decide if I want to do a long form hold today or get myself up to bursting more quickly and just see how long I can last.
    Suggestions and challenges are welcome! Including how much/what I should drink to get started
    I have water, tea (including diuretics like green tea, peppermint and hibiscus), carbonated water, orange juice (acid can make the bladder more sensitive),

    I drank the 16 ounces about an hour ago and didn't even have a chance to update before I completely lost control and peed my pants while taking an online lecture (asynchronous, so no cameras thank god)
    I'll give the full story after I finish eating dinner, maybe I'll have to do another hold later since people didn't start chiming in till the end. I lasted almost 7 hours though!!

    hey sorry I missed this from way back and great question! So I usually classify 1-3 out of 10 as not really noticing your bladder, at 4/10 you might be noticing it but you wouldn't yet be looking for a toilet. By 5/10 there's a noticeable urge, definitely present and not ignorable, this might be the time most people might start to look for a toilet. 6/10 is a stronger urge, you're maybe starting to squirm but still not in any danger yet, just a pleasant full feeling. At 7/10 my bladder starts bulging a bit, the squirming and shifting is more frequent, and for those not experience in holding, there might be some danger to get to a bathroom soon. 8/10, bladder is bulging more and firm to the touch. Walking around or doing anything in public/around other people without showing an intense urge to pee is difficult. At 9/10, bladder is rock hard and I am usually relegated to sitting/lying down and holding myself. 10/10 is usually when I lose control completely, small leaks can start anywhere from 7/10 onward
