  1. Not quite same thing but I once had an ex who broke up with me on the spot because I had leaked pee. Long story short we were watching movie together (we were maybe 14-15 I think) at my parents place and I had sneezing fit and peed myself a little. I ran to the toilet to clean myself up and try to hide it but he had noticed and when I came back he called me disgusting and broke up with me.
The next days at school he told everyone that would listen about it but also made it sound worse and that I did it on purpose.

Not quite same thing but I think I understand how that might feel.

  2. First times I started buying incontinence products for myself I was so embarrassed. At first I refused to go alone and took always my mum with me. Then when I met my boyfriend I started to take him instead. These days I don’t need someone else to be there to help me get what I need and it’s mostly because, well I’m kinda used to it now, but also self checkout makes it much easier. If self checkout still scares you then maybe try buying online.

Have your teammates ever noticed anything?

I hope not!! It’s of course possible but nobody has ever said anything.

This sounds so good... Makes me want to do more casual wetting.

Also, I have some incontinence too (not as much but some) but I wear pullups or diapers a lot of the time. Do you ever wear protection like that?

I use pads and pull ups. At home I don’t like to use protection except for when I sleep then I wear always a pull up. But away from home I generally use pad if not away for long time or pull up if I think I might be away for long time.

  4. Yes! I have wet the bed many times mostly because of night terrors but this has been culprit on few occasions!

I will have dream where I am desperate to pee and I’m searching for a toilet but one thing or another always stops me or gets In my way and I’ll end up wetting myself in the dream. One time I can vaguely remember actually finding a toilet in the dream but when I sat to pee it disappeared and I ended up peeing all over the floor. This then comes to the real world because I’ll wake up either in wet bed or a very full diaper.

The difference may be in how much they're expected to hold.

I think incontinence underwear is good for leaks and occasional spurts. Diapers on the other hand can hold all or most of a full bladder, if yours isn't too large.

This is kind of what I was thinking. These most definitely don’t hold a full bladder but they also don’t leak easily. They have saved my embarrassment many times and kept my bed dry plenty of nights.

Don't really care how they are classified, but they look damn sexy. Are they comfortable too? Looks like they would be... Lucky boyfriend.

Umm they’re more comfortable than pads but less comfortable than regular underwear. Neither me or my boyfriend have this kink but he has said couple times that I look cute wearing these.

They’re a nappy (in English 😉 ) pretending to be regular underwear, basically…

This is what my boyfriend thinks! He can’t see this! 😂

  6. Hei everyone!
I just want to know if you consider the pictures I have attached to be a diaper or not? I’m curious because I wear these almost daily and I always call them just incontinence underwear but my boyfriend says they are basically diapers because they do the same job. But for some reason I think they are somehow different to a diaper. It’s not big deal I’m just curious!
    Thank you all in advance!

Have you considered a she-wee or the two finger method?

I had to look up what a she wee was 🤦🏼‍♀️But I don’t think it would help. I don’t think I compose myself quickly enough to use it before wetting myself. I don’t get much or sometimes any warning when I need to pee so fiddling around with a tube trying to line it up would probably end in a messy accident 😅

I also don’t know what the two finger method is either?

I’m not a kid but I still do this! I don’t take it to extremes or anything but I'm always very careful when i’m handling them so they don’t get hurt/damaged.

Same! I think zebras are absolutely adorable! I have a dozen other stuffed animals too but I always sleep with my zebra.

Zebras the best! I’ve even given my zebra his own personality and if I need to sleep away from home he ALWAYS comes with me!

  9. I keep stuffed animals and I treat them like my family. I love them dearly and one time when I was moving apartments one had gotten lost and I started crying. He was soon found but for those minutes I felt guilty for not looking after them properly.

I sleep with a zebra toy every night and I have accidentally peed on him during a bed wetting a couple of times. This was in the times before I wore overnight diapers for bed and I felt so guilty every time I did and I wound actually apologise to zebra!

Have you discussed your bladder problem with a doctor ? There is likely a medical reason for your incontinence.  There are a wide range of treatments for your condition. There are medications, pelvic floor exercises such as kegels , and even some surgical procedures  to help strengthen your bladder and sphincter. You should not have to suffer like this.

Yes. When I was younger the doctor attitude was “it’s fine she’ll grow out of it” but when I got older and continued to have accidents they started to take it serious. I’ve had scans, tests, I’ve been probed and they have said since I was a teenager that I have some problems with my bladder.

But that is only part of it. They say that the biggest contributor to my accidents is some kind of mental problem. They think that for some reason my brain and bladder do not communicate well. They have done tests to see if my inner tubes (I’m sorry I don’t know the correct word in English) were blocked in some way as that would explain why I don’t get much or any warning when my bladder is full. They couldn’t find anything so now they think it is some kind of physical problem with my bladder and some kind of mental problem that causes my accidents.

Some years ago a nurse recommended me some exercises and I tried them for several months and they did make positive difference. I’m very scared about the idea of surgery but thankfully surgery has not been talked of yet.

I also speak to a therapist every couple of weeks and she helps me very much. I’ve had many less night terrors since I started talking with her and because the night terrors are far fewer my bed wetting has decreased. At least in seriousness, I still pee in my sleep sometimes but I don’t overflow my overnight diaper as often.

Thank you very much for your reply!

  11. I hate being naked at any time really but I find being naked outside very scary. Growing up I would go to mökki (I think it’s called summer cottage in English) In eastern Finland and there I would have to pee outside sometimes and I hated it. I always felt exposed and in danger. I always pictured a bear coming from nowhere whilst I was midflow!

Last summer I went to mökki with my boyfriend and his family and anytime I had to pee outside I always insisted he came with me to stand guard!
