  11. Alright I have a problem.. I’ve gone to the bathroom once early on and drank over 2L of water and am really not desperate. I will have to extend this session, hopefully my kidneys get cranking soon. I feel like 2 cups every 15 mins is a bit excessive so probably in the future you will have to drink a large quantity at the beginning and then continue drinking from there. I also was exercising since I got bored which might have been a problem. I will update when I actually start the hold, probably an hour or 2

  13. Hi! So I'm a bit of a weirdo. I have always been curious as to which anatomy (female or male) would be better at holding large volumes of pee. I'm looking into ways to preform a community holding challenge to help collect data on maximum bladder volumes. I need to remove as many variables as possible so I'm going to try a few different ideas I have gathered on myself before making the study. Simplicity and repeatability will be key as well as creating something that people will want to follow. This is my preliminary attempt! -Stage 1 Setup- Instructions: Subjects drink 1 cup (250ml) every 15 minutes using a timer. Subjects are allowed to use the bathroom whenever they want during this time Duration: 2 hours -Stage 2 Hold- Instructions: Subjects set a timer and may no longer use the bathroom. Subject must sit up straight, stand, or be transporting themselves (no slouching or laying down) during this time. Subject loses and must immediately record the timer when they use the bathroom or leak visibly on their clothing or an external object. I will be starting Setup phase now on myself 😬! Let me know if anyone has a suggestion! I will probably post this in general once I have more figured out.
