I have cried a few times. With my urge incontinence the urge hits so hard it’s extremely agonizing to hold on and ive let go tears trying to hold my pee back as well as tear up when I can finally let the pressure go. I’ve joked many times when trying to hold back a bad urge I’d be tearing from both my eyes and my privates.

I always hated wearing them so I would usually go commando and if it happened it happened. Pretty much how I’ve been my whole life. I do wear protection these days during work sometimes because I have to hold it way too long

I was taught how to pee standing by my mom and do it often to this day and I am no stranger to using urinals as well. Every girl is built different so it does take some practice. Clothing also plays a role but I am often in a skirt or dress due to the need for easy access as I do have urgency issues and easier access is a must.

I’ve peed and wet so many times on a bus or in a car I couldn’t even count. Having urge incontinence when the urge hits me I do not have long to pull over. This has been the case my whole life growing up. Even getting off the bus for school I was already leaking down my legs. And now my commute for work is so long I many times have to pull over it hope I can In time

When I was pregnant I can’t even count how many times this happened to me. My urge incontinence was off the charts when I was pregnant to the point where it was coming out as I was asking for the toilet. Many times I was denied and had to leave a puddle for them.

I am a nurse who suffers from urge incontinence. I wear a diaper on occasion now or a protective pad. A lot of us do. The shifts are long and depending on your patient load you cannot escape for the toilet that often.
