If I'm not doing a hold, pretty much never because I go when I need to. If I'm doing a hold I'll just hold until I have an accident.

I have the opposite problem, when I have to pee I usually get hard and sometimes have an awkward boner to hide as well as bursting bladder...

Hehe, well I was going to post on here about my quickly growing need to pee, but by the time my computer had booted up and I got here, well, my bladder couldn't wait that long....

Yup, I do this from time to time, and especially if you have plans that weekend it can make things a bit challenging, lol.

I love doing this, it's a strangely vulnerable feeling because you will inevitably leak, it's just a matter of when and how much. Once I break the seal and start leaking, a pull-up will last about an hour before it's done, and store bought medical diapers are good for about 4-6 hours, but by the time I'm ready to change one of those my bladder is done and I can't hold anything for any real amount of time. Once I reach this point, I really do need diapers until my bladder rests up as I'll dribble and not even know it until it's already coming out. ?

For me I will get a small warning spurt, then another within a few minutes. The spurts seem to get bigger and closer together, until I'm basically dribbling and can't stop until I've lost about half of my bladder, at which point I can usually regain control with a huge wet spot on my clothes, and a puddle around my feet. If I keep holding I'll usually fill up pretty quickly and reach that point again. After I've done this about 4 times my bladder is pretty weak and it will contract, emptying everything.

I actually could go either way on this. For myself, I'm ok with going commando or wearing boxers under my pants/shorts, depending upon the situation. For women, I think I slightly prefer commando because if they have even the slightest leak it will show, however, there are times where I think having on underwear is beneficial because if they leak a few times, it might not show through, but will encourage them to leak more until they have an accident.

I'm kind of surprised no one has jumped in on this one. You are in the right place (I think), and people usually love talking to others while holding. I know I'm always up to talk to people while they or myself are holding, usually makes it easier to hang on just a little longer. If no one else wants to talk, I'm down for it. You can PM to figure out how would be the easiest way to do that if you like. :)
