I started doing a hold at 8pm and drank about 2.2 liters of water. I decided to hold it until 12.08am and god it felt so good, but before that I came across this challenge about pee and hold, then as I was letting go I stopped because I remember I wanted to do this. But I feel so bad because there isn't all that much water left inside me and I don't feel like going out of my room to refill it because I'm still living with my parents and they're awake and would wonder why I would need so much water if I just woke up mid sleeping to pee. I hope I had more water retained from the previous 2.2 liters.
Also, out of curiosity, is it safe to do holds two days a week consecutively?

@P155princess there's no Gatorade in my country actually, and I don't have anything other than water in the fridge. But I'll substitute it with more water 😇. I'm planning on doing a hold in the morning till early afternoon then one at night at the same time.
Update : I drank 1.3 liters of water (I'm tracking using an omo trainer app) I think I'll do a bigger hold tonight and let my bladder rest a bit now. I plan to hold until the end of the hour. Wish me luck!
