  1. I said this thread = "The Bulge Diary" became male dominated. That does not mean the complete website OmO.org...! Please just laugh after you understood the subject! 🤔 This Bulge Diary starts in March 2013 on page 1. Female pictures end somewhere in the 17..20 pages of 71 actually. It starts to become male dominated at the end of 2013 – not just 9 months after this thread has been born! What is 9 months of 15 years??? It's a pity! No, it was started by KayLeigh, a woman and in the beginning there have been a lot good and even fascinating bladder bulge photos. Then a few men flooded it and the women got quiet... And again NO, as this is not about who can build the biggest bladder bulge, but to show many fascinating ones of all genders! And just at Sinna (page 16 – Posted July 30, 2013), you see she can both: bloat her belly and build a giant and very clearly outlined and defined bladder bulge. Lookup her Profile https://www.omorashi.org/profile/24926-sinna-2pee4you/
  2. But don't let her wear just a belt far above her bladder area, but the full heavy marching baggage, pressing into her bursting bladder deeply with every step! It's training - alarm status for her bladder to get used with the situation under worst conditions.
  3. I know a very few such women, but as they found out, the trick is to hold the labia spread and out of the stream with 2 fingers! ✌️
  4. Training goal not achieved...! I cannot imagine a female soldier in the jungle in Vietnam, who would have just uses the toilets in the barracks. She would have been found by Kong, as she would have made desperate movements at the wrong time – and sound...! – The end of her whole platoon...! 💥 Or she would have got a real bladder heroine, who can hold more days under full bladder control – and full body control too...! What an idea – a real superwoman!
  5. Hi Kay, unfortunately your bulge diary seems to have gotten a pure male thread by the time... 🤔 Where are the women with the bulging bladders??? Where are you and the first other women, who posted here...? It's a real pity!!! I hope you have built up a much more bulging bladder since you started this thread in March 21, 2013. Please return and try to motivate the other girls, who started here with you, before it got dominated by male posters.
  6. I knew a few women, who were able to pee standing straight like at an urinal, instead of squatting. They spread their legs as wide as necessary and held their labia open with 2 fingers. No problem with a hard gusher then, if you stand with your body bend back a little to pee far away, not to spray your legs. And at the critical end with a then low pressure stream, dribbling and probably a surprisingly following last and even very last gusher, they tried to come to a position with the pee hole the deepest point and standing a little more forward, like standing with one hand against a tree or wall, the legs still far spread, but the feet behind the landing area of the last drops. Others used their labia to lead the last drops to where it should go. Unfortunately the anatomy differs a little bit... And probably a little bit artistic for not so sporty women, but you can try and test that dryly before you will become able to find and stand that position for a few minutes at the end of your standing pee. And before I forget to tell you: If you do this end position, you have to hold your labia open with 2 fingers of one hand, as you need one hand for that position against the tree... Also something to be tried in a dry exercise before you try to do so with a bursting full bladder... Not easy, but definitly possible! Good luck - and have some fun and advantage, when you will have found out the best way!
  7. Yes, it will be a nightmare – but it will also be a really good bladder training...! Another possibility would be some deliberate bladder training at home or whereever you will be. Is your willpower strong enough to hold that much as on really hard days that job for such a long time – but at home while knowing your bathroom is so nearby?
  8. But exactly that was the advantage of the old differential diagnosis: AS: Motoric disorders were just part of the Asperger syndrome (AS), ECA: but not shown at the other early childhood autisms. AS: built up a early development of grammatically and stylistically high level language, often pedantic language style, problems understanding metaphors and irony. ECA: Other autistic disorders have in half of the cases absence of language development; otherwise delayed language development, initially often echolalia, interchanging of pronouns. AS: normal to high intelligence, partly high ability, ECA: while the other versions were mainly categorized as mental retardation, partly normal to high intelligence, partly high ability. ECA: And early childhood autism starts with first abnormalities from the 10th-12th month of life, AS: while AS much later: from the 4th year of life onwards. AS + ECA: Common in both shall be: eye contact = rare, fleeting. All this according to Wikipedia – translation in this case with https://www.deepl.com/de/translator. So I would conclude: the wanted political correctness is partly a medical disadvantage.
  9. Yes, I read about autism spectrum disorders (ASD) at Wikipedia. IMO Hans Asperger lived at the wrong time, as without Nazis and their bad thoughts, classification and exclusion and killing of Jews, Sinti and Roma and their exclusion and killing of disabled or just a little different people, – then Hans Asperger's scientific results could just been very helpful from the very beginning. And at least after WWII Asperger's scientific results are a good base for more and better medical research and for helpful ideas. And I think a differential diagnosis between a mild autism like the Asperger syndrome and a heavy and really dysfunctional way of autism can be helpful – e.g. when you look for a job etc. A differential diagnosis IMO ever can be helpful. Also with other, more or pure physical illnesses or diseases, it is helpful or at least can be helpful to be able to differ between it in a full spectrum. If you just say: "I hurt my leg", that can mean that you just scratched it a little bit or you have a broken bone or a heavy truck crushed it totally. But it is also helpful to have a comprehensive collective term, if you don't want to tell too much – not too many details. But also it can be very positive to use the words 'Asperger's syndrome' instead of 'autism' or 'ASD', as Asperger's syndrome is a very mild and still a really very well functional version in the spectrum of autism disorders! in a communication you create an idea of your words in the listener or reader of your words. And the word 'autism' creates the idea of a average version or probably worse in the listener or reader of the words. So the question comes up, how dysfunctional will that person with the autism be. And if you say 'Asperger's syndrome' that includes "just a mild version, can be intelligent or even very intelligent". So this word of classification is an advantage compared with not talking about what special version of ASD is meant.
  10. Hi Jill, I just read about your suspected autism. Than I understand your reaction about my jokes, which included punning/wordplay/word joke – what means: Using words with 2 meanings in a sentence , so that the whole sentence can have 2 different meanings. One meaning is logical and the other meaning is whimsical and is considered funny – at least by many people. So when you did not understand one wordplay after I gave you hints and did not react on the second wordplay a few days later, I suspected autism or the Asperger's syndrome. But there are also people with non of these diagnosis, who just don't like such wordplays and other silliness. You are an intelligent woman. So I would say Asperger's syndrome is much more likely than autism in this case. I know a woman in UK, who is diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger_syndrome If my posts make no sense in your eyes, don't hesitate to ask me in a private message! I am used to also write in a quite logical way!
  11. @huberp76 We woke up on early Saturday morning by an alarm clock. Manuela called her work to tell her coworker she would feel ill and could not work that day. Later Manuela told me she would have to pee – but not when we woke up, but just at 10 a.m., what was after a few more hours. So I knew she held her pee in at least since the end of her work, as she didn't pee since I met her in the pub – and she had arrived at the pub just after her work. Later, in the early afternoon Manuela's coworker phoned her and asked her to close the shop for a short time, as she had to pee really bad by now. At the 2nd call she agreed and after ending the call, she mocked about her weak bladdered coworker. At that time Manuela herself had not peed until then – still holding all nights beer and some more from the day before. Manuela after the first phone call had told me, that at her work, a jeans shop, they had no own bathrooms, but had to share one with some other shops in a shop center. So I knew she would had even held her pee since the early morning the day before...! And so I definitely knew she would be used to hold her pee, at least by that fact – probably beside some other 'causes'... And as I found out later, Manuela was definitely used to hold her pee for a really long time, even when it was far worse than just a painfully bursting bladder! BTW Manuela didn't ask me for permission! We had just met the very first time and had a one night stand, what got a full weekend then... But when she, after not peeing all Friday at work and afterwards all evening and night long even while drinking beer in the pub and some more bottles of beer in her apartment, still did not pee in the morning, I definitely knew she would have a really very strong bladder...! 🙂👌 And when she stood up to go pee at about 10 o'clock, I just asked her, if she – after such a long hold – would not be able to hold her pee for some more hours. I just told her, I would have heard, that sex on a full bladder should feel more intense... She looked at me – and after a just a very few seconds spontaneously agreed! 😃 Manuela wanted sex! And she liked to hold her pee. If you read, what I wrote about her, you will see, that the other time, when we met in another pub, she also held her pee as long as even possible. And when she after many drinks far after midnight was about to give in, I asked her, if she really would use the filthy bathroom in a pub – or if she liked to go home with me? To her apartment or to mine...? If you go to my profile just look at the "About Me" area, you may find a link list with all experiences and stories I posted here since I returned to OmO.org: https://www.omorashi.org/profile/186505-peter-p/?tab=field_core_pfield_15 Enjoy to explore the links! 😎
  12. You can stop and start when peeing. You can just "pull it up" with your "holding muscles" (do Kegels) You can do Kegels with an empty bladder as well – same effect! You can't overcome a reflex, but you can train your holding muscles more than the out-pressing bladder wall muscles – by doing Kegel exercises with an empty bladder also and often! And yes, partial pees are a good training too! But if you do it on a regular base, do it in a clever way and think about: (1) Your kidneys are long term very sensible to high pressure. Pent up pee gives returned pressure to your kidneys. This can be really fatal by the time! (2) Too much e.g. jumping movements with a full and heavy bladder is bad for the ligaments. If your ligaments stretch in a bad way permanently, you get incontinent by a bladder prolapse. Definitely NOT joking!!! (3) The 3rd and last unhealthy part is, if an infection (UTI) is ascending to the kidneys.
  13. Jill, I give you a hint: Theses words were written for your fun...! I firstly asked you: "Did you experience situations, when you after your work outdoors even in the office could not releave our suffering bladder, but had to hold on all evening or even many hours at night – but anyhow even managed to come home with a more than bursting bladder dryly at night? What was your absolutely worst – and what was the longest really bursting bladder hold?" You answered: "Synchronicity, if you go to my latest post that I just finished making right before responding to this I think that it will sufficiently answer your question." And I mocked: "And do you know, who broke the van...? Really.........???" The penny has dropped...? 😘🌹
