Dunno if your game would allow for this (had the idea while playing the Blackheart game from a few years ago), but a forest scene with pollen that whenever a girl sneezes, she leaks a little bit. I always liked the idea of a girl leaking bit by bit into her panties, like she was trying to hold on but losing the battle, but again, I don't know if this would fit into the parameters for omo in your game.

I absolutely love desperation above all else. When I was younger, it was all about the actual wetting, but I've come to appreciate good desperation more and more (especially when it ends in an accident). Like some others have posted, I go through phases where I really love diapers or bedwetting. The bedwetting phase is less frequent, but I always love diaper videos that include desperation (there is one from Diapergal where Sasha is looking through the fridge, desperate, and eventually wets her Pampers - it's one of my all-time favorite videos). Messing just never really did anything
