  1. I started my training with a few baseline measurements, with no measurements above 260mL, and no urges above a 7. I explained my urgency rating system in my introduction blog post, but I included the scale at the bottom here as well. Up until recently, I had been emptying my bladder at the slightest urge. If I want to not feel the need to go so easily and actually have better capacity, I’ll need to work on it. I thought that going 150mL at a 5 was respectable, but it would be more impressive if it could be twice that output, or even more. My very first measurements were in a makeshift measurement container – a recyclable plastic jar, with some markings on the side based on filling gradually with a measuring cup. Then my boyfriend and I got a graduated cylinder that goes up to 1L (and like I mentioned before, it’s possible I’ll need an upgrade someday). We kept the makeshift jar, in case we both need to urgently relieve ourselves while still measuring our capacity. The time I hit 400mL was my first real deliberate hold. My boyfriend encouraged me to keep holding longer than I would have otherwise. It was just me holding by myself As I’m starting I’m sure this is helpful. But later I’ll want to see how well I can motivate myself. (To be continued.) My boyfriend audited the data collection and made sure it was done with integrity. But it was clear I had performed respectably, and my output in the cylinder showed. This was my best performance up to this point, but it was overshadowed by one of my boyfriend’s a week before. He went over 460mL at only a 7. What seems impressive is getting high output for low urgency ratings. So at this point, he’s more impressive than me, which is what I expected to begin with. Let’s see how I improve, and maybe someday I’ll outdo him. Something I’ll be doing more so as I continue is deliberately drinking more. I’ve learned through some experience and hearing from others that holding for many hours won’t always have impressive results. I appreciate the encouragement and suggestions I’ve received from connections on OmoOrg and PeeFans. 2. Those are good points about how wearing a pad offers a bit of urinary incontinence protection!
  3. Hi you have asked if there are any that are menstraution, I love while / pads I'm real to the

  4. Is anyone here into menstruation/periods? I searched the site and didn't see anything on the topic. I'm curious if some people into things like wetting and omutsu might also find this interesting. I'd be interested to hear further thoughts in the comments.
  5. I’m Rita, and I’m blogging on my two urinary endeavors. 1) Increasing my bladder capacity (within healthy reason of course). I want to be less of a urinary wuss, not just going anytime I have the slightest urge. 2) Improving my ability to pee standing up, and just generally in unusual situations. The ultimate achievement would be performing comparably to a man when faced with a wall urinal or soda bottle, and to be able to discreetly relieve myself standing in the woods or pretty much anywhere else. My boyfriend and I have started on the first endeavor, systematically collecting some real data. This means measuring our output, alongside a 1-to-10 rating of how badly we had to go. I know there are other scales out there, but I think this one works best for my purposes. Urgency rating scale 1 Preemptive, no feeling 2 Preemptive, bit of feeling 3 Nuisance, low 4 Nuisance, medium 5 Nuisance, high 6 Urge, low 7 Urge, medium 8 Urge, high 9 Urgent and antsy 10 Desperate! X Exceeded boundaries - not good We started using a makeshift container with 100mL markings, but we recently got a 1L graduated cylinder. It’s not unheard of to be able to urinate more than a liter, so maybe someday I could get an upgrade. We’re now in sort of a friendly competition on this, but you could say he’s also coaching me. I don’t think you can get MTV “Made” coaches for this. My boyfriend has been way better at peeing things than me, aside from the obvious male things. I think he’s had better capacity than me. Sometimes I’m like “I have to pee!” ::drip, drip, drip::, then my boyfriend’s like “Meh, I could pee” ::lots of pee::. I’ve always considered myself as having a small bladder, despite an ultrasound technician disagreeing. And that aside, my boyfriend seems much less prone to disruptive frequent urination, which is something I’ve had to deal with, especially when drinking too much, not eating enough, or having caffeine or alcohol. It’s disruptive when trying to fall asleep, literally having to get up every 10-15 minutes. It would be more efficient if I could hold more. I guess I could say I want to be more like a camel. And more obviously, as a woman, I’m not as used to peeing from much of anywhere other than a toilet seat. Let’s change that. More on this later. Liking this? If so I’ll keep the entries coming. Let me know what you think in the comments. - Rita
  6. Not to mention pool toilets and dampness and toilet paper can all become pretty gross. I could see that becoming more commonplace - just slide the swimsuit over and use the drain like a urinal.
  7. Have you seen the topic devoted to wetting in gray clothing? https://www.omorashi.org/topic/52350-wet-grey/ 🙃
  8. Similar to this, you could use a virtual machine within your actual computer. My boyfriend taught me some things about this. Something like a lightweight Linux with an app like VirtualBox could do the job. So then files stored in that machine and browser settings and things would require booting up and logging into the virtual machine to see.
  9. @trekkie, I appreciate you posting this - I'm definitely big on safety, and health. @miamiclubkid makes some interesting points, like about how outdoor urination can easily be considered problematic public urination, and how there can be unjustly steep consequences. And it's in part structured to punish people who are homeless for existing (having bodily functions)... I think outdoor urination should be acceptable as long as it's done discreetly and as far away from high-traffic areas as reasonably possible. Urban areas make that tricky. But like...not in the middle of a playground full of kids, or in a way that's clearly sexual harassment (like as an excuse to expose oneself).
  10. I'm new to both sites, but I saw some posts on PF about interest in adding a desperation/omorashi section, and didn't notice any mentions of OmoOrg. I wonder if the two sites have ever thought about partnering or merging? So far it seems like there could be a lot of overlap in good ways, and I think OmoOrg sometimes displays PF ad banners.
  11. My boyfriend is sort of coaching me to help increase my bladder capacity. I'm not sure yet whether it helps my performance if he holds it with me or not. I have yet to outperform him (but more on that later). My best hold so far was actually with only me holding.
  12. Maybe she's in a heavy pants suit with buttons and a belt, not the easiest thing to take off for relief. Smooth-ironed and no wrinkles or imperfections. A skirt could make it easier, but can be so close yet so far like you said (and any sizable leak would go right on the floor). If it's impeccable corporate style, a pencil skirt would be tight, and more of an ordeal to get into position for relief. In a dark suit especially there can be a lot of pressure to look dignified. But maybe then it wouldn't be so noticeable if there was a bit of wetting? A lot though, yes, and dripping off the thick fabric. And a man could similarly end up stuck desperate in a suit, too.
  13. Hi, I'm Rita. I'm interested in starting a blog about training to increase my bladder capacity and working on getting better at peeing standing up, in bottles, and in other weird situations. Let me know what you think.
