In my experience I try to keep fetish stuff and non-fetish stuff about equal in the bedroom. My partner has other interests and sometimes it's nice to not be locked into one thing. That's just us, though. I imagine the balance is different in every relationship.

I went to a bar with some friends and I'm so happy I wore padding! Most days I wear a pull up for the latchkey accidents I sometimes have at work. I'm really focused at work, and if I'm distracted by something and leave without using the bathroom, I'll leak steadily until I'm home. Thankfully I've only had a few incidents where my padding leaks, probably because I'm able to slow my accident down to a trickle. However, when I drink, it becomes a thousand times harder to hold. I've had instances where I come home from the bar with a sizable wet patch. I've also fully and uncontrollably wet myself to my embarrassment. It only happens when I'm blackout level drunk, so only twice in my life. My friends invited me out a few days ago and we were going to be drinking a lot of beers, so I wore a proper diaper in case I couldn't make it to the bathroom. I dressed femme, with a cute purple skirt and light grey thigh highs. I put shorts on under the skirt so I could be as discrete as possible. The only way to tell i was wearing was if someone slapped or grabbed my ass. As I got drunker, I knew that was the right decision, because I immediately started to leak. I didn't even feel desperate, but every time I laughed or shouted, there was a tiny gush into my diaper. I only occasionally have stress incontinence but it was SO difficult trying to laugh and not let out a sizable amount. I very clearly look trans, so bar bathrooms aren't safe for me all the time. This was a sports bar with football fans shouting at a game. So I just decided to hold it and hope my diaper didn't overflow. After a few hours my padding was noticeably squishy, and I checked multiple times to make sure I wasn't leaking as I sat at the booth with my friends. We were having a fantastic time. Despite my constant dribbles and leaks, I was able to have fun and catch up with friends. At the end of the night we were all pretty drunk and stumbling down the street. My padding was swollen enough that I had to try very hard not to waddle. A few of my friends offered to share an Uber but I didn't want to risk leaking onto the seats. I assured them it was fine and my place wasn't too far anyways. The night walk was fast and I continued on. It felt amazing to walk with my soaked padding between my legs. There was no one around so late, and I felt so cute and naughty with my outfit. At some point, the leaks started getting longer and longer, and my padding couldn't take it. I felt drips slide down my legs and soak into the tops of my thigh highs. Every step squished the padding, overflowing my diaper a little more. Eventually I just resigned myself to my fate and allowed my bladder to relax. The poor thing had been overworked for hours, and I just allowed myself to gush. The streets were empty, and I could see my house not too far away. I stepped off the sidewalk and fully soaked the grass. My pee drenched my thigh highs and darkened them in streaks down my legs. As I finished peeing, some pooled into my shoes, making a squelched noise for the remainder of my walk. My skirt had mostly remained dry. I peeled off everything as soon as I got home so I could jump in the shower. It was a good thing I put on another diaper before bed, as well: I woke up soaked and a bit hungover 😅

My work is casual so I'm just wearing sweatpants and two pairs of underwear to hide it a bit. It's not super obvious but I'm still self conscious 😅 I don't wear skirts so unfortunately that's not an option. Caffeine definitely also affects my bladder. I rely on it to get work done but it causes me to produce more pee and be able to hold less. Not the best combo.

After a few really close calls recently I've decided to start going 24/7. I'll do a few days of diapers, but will mostly be relying on pull-ups. I went to a show last night and didn't use the bathroom at all, even with having a few drinks 🙃 I was squirming while dancing a bit through the whole night, but didn't want to miss any of the show. It wasn't an emergency situation by any means but I definitely dribbled into my shorts a couple times trying to hold. By the time I jumped into a cab I had to sit cross legged. Making it home, I had a slight leak in the elevator, and rushed to the toilet with minimal damage to my pants. Earlier this week I woke up very late to a call from some people I'm working on a business project with. I scrambled out of bed and took the call in my living room. But because I didn't get the opportunity to pee, I was already desperate at the beginning. That call took over an hour, and by the half hour point, I had to type with one hand and hold myself with the other. Something about my bladder in the morning stops me from being able to hold as well as I usually can. Despite my best efforts, I leaked through my fingers. By the hour mark, I was dribbling every few minutes, and I had to grab a nearby towel to sit on. Once the call was finally over, I left a trail of puddles to the toilet. My bladder obviously decided it had had enough of my bullshit. I've had a few close calls at work as well, where I'll start leaking before I make it to the toilet, and have to tie a sweater around my waist to hide a wet spot. Or go commando because I soaked my underwear too thoroughly. So I'm gonna try wearing pull ups to work to hopefully avoid this 😅 on days where I'm really stressed, I'm gonna bite the bullet and wear a full diaper. Stress makes my bladder much worse.
