I had an unexpected day off today. My boss called me and said he had enough people for the day and asked me if I wanted to have one off. That came in quite conveniently. I had some shopping to do I hadn't had time for in a while. So, I went to the centre of town. That's about half an hour walk. I could go by bus, but it's never sure when they arrive so, why bother? Walking's healthy and I don't get enough exercise lately.
The trip was nothing eventful. I went to the Asian supermarket to get some soy sauce, chili sauce and noodles, then to the C&A to get some knickers and a few bras as the ones I have are starting to look a bit worn.
Then I went for a coffee in a coffee bar I like to read a bit. I went to the loo and took off home again.
I walked the way back again, but about halfway I could really notice my bladder start to complain. Must have been the coffee.I thought nothing of it really as my bladder has behaved lately, and it was only about 15 minutes to get home. I walked a bit more briskly. And more briskly, and started to squeeze my thighs a bit while walking. It being pretty cold today in Belgium didn't really help either, but I was still doing ok. Ok, until I walked into the back garden (I have a back entrance leading to my back yard when I come that way. I don't use the front door often) when I had to stop and REALLY squeeze my thighs together and hold myself as I was about to lose it. It helped though, so I managed to get through the garden to the back door. It took me a while, dancing on the spot, to get the door open, but I thought I'd made it! I stopped to take my shoes off (no idea why, just a habit I guess).
Then I had to go to the kitchen, take my backpack off (I shop with a backpack), take off my coat (quite a long one, it's cold), and then my mind did something strange. I knew I had to pee badly, I knew I had little time, but still somehow I got distracted and started to take my stuff out of my backpack and put it away in the cupboards, ignoring my need (which felt less because of the warmth of coming inside). But then I crouched down to put the noodles in the cupboard and I suddenly felt my crotch go numb (do you know that feeling?) and felt my thighs getting warm. I was peeing! I squeezed for all I was worth, but I couldn't get it to stop! So, in panic, I sprinted, my heart beating like crazy, to the loo, all the way peeing down my legs and just hopped in the shower as there was no way I was going to get my leggings and knickers down in time to pee in the loo. It felt amazing!, especially coming out of the cold, but it was really very much unplanned so stressful at the same time. I peed down my legs for what felt like a minute.
Then I took off my top and bra and showered in my leggings (I may or may not have played with myself while doing that) before throwing them in the wash.
It wasn't much, but I know you pervs like to hear stories like this.

About once a month I get the urge to wet my bed. Last night was one of those ocations.
My husband and I had watched a movie on Netflix, and we had some Cola and wine to drink. During the evening I started to think that this was to become a wet night. So I drank quite a lot. After the movie we went to bed, but first I drank another four bit glasses of water. I could really feel how much liquid there were in my stomach.
So, eventually I fell a sleep, but woke up again just two hours later, bursting! I almost emidiatly let it go in my panties, making a puddle under my bum in bed. It started to spread up my back and down my legs. It was definatly a big one. I fell a sleep again, just to wake up just an hour later, bursting! Let go again, and the wetness found again It’s way up my back and down my legs. I peed another two times during the night. At seven I heard my husband go up to let our cat out. When he returned he said ”good morning”, and I said in a low childish voice ”My bed is pee wet”. ”Oh, hunny”, he said. ”Very pee wet”, I said. I went up to find some towels to put in my bed and turned the wet duvet around to avoid the wet spot. Then we slept for some more hours.

Good choices! I also love dressing up cute when I can l, especially a bit more feminine, although it's hard to find enough private time to properly indulge.

I'm alone for the week, which means that I'll be able to sleep however I want! I don't get to sleep padded much these days, and it's been really stressful lately. This is needed. I can also pad up a lot more during the day, and it's been a major relief.
I recently found this pink pajama set and I've been loving them for keeping warm. It turns out they're also very see through. You can see my entire diaper through them. I can't wait to find out what they look like when my diaper's full. I'll be holding until my bladder gives out, or before bed time. I just took my medicine though, so I'll probably end up leaking way before bed time.
I'm also really excited for the edible I got, but it'll have to wait until Wednesday when I don't have work.

 

I've always been interested in baby stuff, even when I was younger.  My mom used cloth diapers, so I sometimes tried them on, but I never really figured out how to fold them properly. They were fun to wet, but then I would have to wash them.  Then of course once my siblings were out of diapers they all disappeared and I lost the opportunity.  There's not a lot of opportunities for a teen to access diapers, so it was mostly just a fantasy for a long time. The first time I wore a diaper as an adult I actually stole it from a friend who had just had a baby.  I was visiting her, and in her bathroom I noticed a stack of pullup style diapers, and my curiosity got the best of me.  Finally, a chance to try real diapers!  I quickly stuffed one into my purse, and took it home with me.   Once at home, I put it on under my clothes, my heart pounding.  I enjoyed the feeling of the padding between my legs, but I didn't wet them.  Once someone came over while I had it on and I quickly had to excuse myself to the bathroom and take it off.  I did that for a couple weeks before I finally worked my way up to wetting them.  It took me five minutes before I could relax enough.  My heart was pounding I was so nervous and excited, and of course that made it harder.  I had drank a lot of water to prepare, so I had to go pretty bad.  Finally I could relax enough and let out a little squirt.  It came in waves, first a squirt, then a longer one, then finally full force peeing in a diaper.  OMG!  It felt sooooo good! 🙂 Standing there feeling the diaper get bigger as it filled up, and warmer.  I did that twice, but obviously I couldn't just keep stealing my friends diapers, so it was some time before I could do it again. And I still was too scared to go out and buy some. The next time was a couple years later.  I was working out of town in a place where no one knew me.  It took me a couple days to work up to it, but I finally went to Walmart, quickly walked down the adult diaper aisle, grabbed pretty much the first pack of diapers I saw, paid with cash, and got out of there as fast as I could.  Getting back to the hotel room I couldn't believe it.  I had a pack of like 20 diapers to do whatever I wanted with.  I quickly stripped off all my clothes and put one on. Again, they were pullup style, Tena's I think.  This time I didn't have to "ration" them, so I immediately started wetting myself.  I wore the wet diaper for a while, then changed into a dry one.  That week was fun--I wore the whole pack that week, disposing of them in the trash in the parking lot of the hotel in the morning.  Sometimes just sitting around with nothing on but a diaper and tshirt, sometimes under my regular clothes.  I even went out to get food wearing one, and peed in it while waiting for my order, and then again in the parking lot.  It's so exciting wetting a diaper in public.  No one else knows, but you can feel it all warm and squishy under your clothes.  I also wore them overnight, and had fun reliving memories of wetting the bed, but this time it was a lot easier to clean up 🙂 It was a couple years later that I thought about doing some research on different styles and found the ones with tabs that are more like an actual diaper.  Walmart has the Depends maximum absorbency with tabs, and they're not even that expensive.  I found that they would hold a lot more, and were also better for wetting in bed. And they're shaped more like a real diaper. That's also when I started leaning more into the adult baby stuff.  You can find a lot of stuff to work with if you're creative.  Diapers, baby powder, pacifiers, cute hair clips (and my hair in pigtails always makes me feel cute and babyish).  I bought some pairs of overalls that were pretty adorable.  I would sometimes decorate my diapers with markers to make them more babyish, like the ABDL diapers I saw online.  I tried Goodnites, and I fit in them and liked how cute they were, but something about them didn't really feel right.  I don't really know why, but I've only worn them once. I played like that for a couple years, but I always wanted to try something that looked like a real baby diaper.  I discovered Amazon hub lockers, where you can buy and ship stuff to lockers located at convenience stores, etc.  I set up an anonymous account, bought some amazon gift cards, and had my purchases shipped to the hub locker.  (Honestly, it really takes the stress out of buying diapers when you don't have to go into a store)  I've tried a couple different ones.  Rearz and LittleForBig both have some suuuuper cute stuff.  My favorite so far is the LittleForBig nursery pink, though I just noticed the blushing baby print ones that I just have to try sometime soon 🙂 And these diapers are thicker, so they feel amazing and hold a lot more.  One thing I love doing is wetting a diaper until it's so full I'm sitting in a pool of pee, and then it overflows and leaks.  Those ABDL diapers really hold a lot, sometimes I've even pre-wet them with water if I don't have enough time to fill them up myself 😉 They also had some absolutely adorable onesies, and pacifiers sized to fit adult mouths (better than the baby ones I was using).  I have a secret hiding space at the back of one of my closets that holds all my baby stuff. So that's my experiences so far, I hope you like my stories 🙂  

Today was like any other day. Went to work (we work for the same company) but, decided to leave early and grab some lunch and drinks from a local joint nearby we frequent.
     First off let me say that she knows my obsession with Watersports and specifically OMO. And has recently gotten more involved with my fetish for me. So, as we were eating and knocking back some drinks she had gotten up a couple of times “breaking the seal” per say. But after that she didn’t budge from her seat the rest of the time we were there being about 3hrs. She ended up telling me that she wanted to have some fun at home and attempt to hold it for the car ride back so she would be nice and full when we arrived which is about a 15min ride. So I said to let me know when she felt like it was a good time to leave. 
     It wasn’t much longer after that conversation she looked at me and said she was starting to experience bladder cramps/spasm and that she needed to leave and get home. She went to stand up and instantly I knew this was going to be a bad situation for her as she acted like she could barely stand straight up and that she had probably waited too long. We paid and left with about a 5min walk to the car. About 3/4 of the way to our parking spot she hobbled over with another spasm and picked up the pace. We made it almost to the car when another major spasm caused her to completely lose control and like a waterfall start peeing in her light blue jeans in broad daylight in a very busy public area. Right there in front of me she stood helplessly pissing her self in public. A real dream come true for me. And the best part of it all is I caught it all on video. First, to put this into perspective- I have genuinely never accidentally  peed my pants to the point of soaking my underwear and pants. Not even as a child. I never had accidents growing up. I do have some minor leaks once and a while when I sneeze or when i cough really hard and have had some almost leaks while laughing hard- but never enough to even leave a marking on my pants. Usually just damp underwear… Until today, that is 😬
Yes, I am actually feeling embarrassed. I have peed my pants intentionally before- but have never not been in control. As weird as it may sound, I have always wanted to have an accident. But I always assumed it would be from sneezing too many times in a row or laughing too hard, like enough to make it show on my pants, but I never imagined emptying my bladder in my pants. So, now to get to the story:
I worked from home the second half of today and live alone- I had virtual meetings. I am new to this site and after reading forums for the last couple of days, the urge to wet myself was growing, so I figured since I was home I may as well hydrate myself decently so after one of my meetings I could go to my bathroom and wet my pants. I didn’t chug any of my coffee or water- I just drank it as normal and didn’t use the bathroom between things to get a little bit of a desperation feeling…. 
Oh my, i have NEVER felt as desperate as I did. I felt my stomach start to cramp, I started getting a cold, I couldn’t sit still, I had to reposition the way I was sitting so i could press my heel into my vagina to prevent myself from leaking right then and there. I was constantly trying to move, not too sure why, but I kept bouncing my leg, grabbing my crotch to prevent any urine from coming out because I could tell I was on the verge of peeing my pants. I felt so much shame in the moment… But I also felt, excited? I kept thinking “I may actually pee my pants”
The meeting ended and i sat there for a second asking myself, “how do I stand up without peeing myself?” I decided to just go for it. I stood up, and I did not leak anything! I was relieved, I thought I could make it to my bathroom to pee in my pants a little  bit and then finish the rest up on the toilet. my home office is on a second story, so I started to make my way down the stairs, and I was trying to make it fast so I could make it to the bathroom. Since I was in a rush, the momentum I was using to go down the stairs was more than I normally do. Within my first step trying to run, I felt he floodgates open up. 
I’ve never had the experience of peeing a stream without having to push or give some sort of effort- within that first step, I felt my underwear getting wet and warm, I grabbed my crotch again to stop it and noticed it had actually gone through my leggings and left a little wet patch, I muttered out loud “oh my god, its happening. I am going to pee my pants. I am going to have an accident”. i was able to stop the stream at that point Since my bladder had now deemed this an emergency, I didn’t stop to think anything through logically. I just needed to get to the bathroom ASAP.
I continue to run down the stairs-  big mistake. I make it a couple of more steps before a second gush of pee started flowing out of me. I stopped again, and crossed my legs and grabbed my crotch while mildly whimpering to myself “no, no, no, no”. I stopped the second second leak and the wet spot on my pants had increased in size and started making the shape to head down my legs. Internally, I had already considered this an accident by this point. This wasn’t just my normal little spurt of a leak- it was a full stream of pee I didn’t have control of starting. Like before, I didn’t have time to think, so I was continuing to rush. This time the rushing down the stairs didn’t trigger me completely soaking myself. 
I felt like I was going to make it by this point to my bathroom and could finish peeing in the toilet. Taking my guard down was the second mistake I made, because right as i felt like I was going to make it, another stream of pee began. This time it was coming faster. It was trickling down my legs while creating a puddle beneath me. This time I couldn’t stop it: I tried to grab my crotch with my hand while simultaneously crossing my legs and crouched to the ground while saying “shit, I am actually peeing my pants”. It didn’t stop. I stood back up, still holding my crotch. Why? I dont know. It clearly wasn’t working but I was still trying to stop it while peeing all over the floor sprinting to my bathroom. 
I did make it to the bathroom, but my bladder was empty. I was in disbelief. I had an array of emotions that ranged from feeling accomplished to feeling ashamed and embarrassed that at 28 years old, I had peed my pants uncontrollably. I almost feel like my bladder weakened in that moment, at least temporarily. Like I feel like if I were to sneeze or something right now, I would have a bigger leak of pee than I normally would.  But I also know that could be in my head because of what happened. 
So yeah, I had an accident, which is something I’ve wanted to do, but my bladder never allowed it. Until today, where I was taken completely off guard and didn’t expect to have unintentionally pee my pants. Now that my bladder feels a little weak and I just had my first accident, a little voice in my head is like “oooooh, maybe tonight you’ll accidentally wet the bed for the first time, too!” I know that isn’t how it likely works… but it would be something to have two first time accidents in on 24 hour period lol- I know I’ve read on here some people have a couple of accidents after having hitting a really bad desperation point.

I've seen quite a few guys who have started wearing eyeliner and they look pretty cool.
It's like varnish and painting our nails, little by little the gap was opened for us men to paint our nails, I think I've drifted a bit but my point is "we should consider makeup as something for both genders as an artistic and aesthetic resource)
