It was pretty soaked, yeah. I had already wet it twice but thought it could hold a few more little leaks, should the need arise.

I was wrong. Both about the "little leaks" and the capacity for them. When the dribbles inevidably started (or maybe before, to be honest) the leg guards began leaking almost instantly. My pants were getting damp at that point, and I could no longer hold on (not that it would do much good). I suddenly lost control and peed at full force.

Some more went through the legs, but I think the plastic layer and the totally saturated padding redirected a bunch of it upwards as I lost control in my pants. My crotch initially looked dry (the classic leaking diaper pattern), but the overflowing spills left my front utterly, visibly soaked.

Peeing myself in pullups always makes me feel so little. Like I keep failing potty training by having accidents and like maybe I'm not ready for pullups.
