  1. What appararently worked for me is doing a few extreme holds over the day, till you literally lose control.
    When you're about to go to bed, drink some right before sleeping. Enough that it will make you pee quite some.

    If you time it right, you'll fall asleep before the drinking hits your bladder.
    But since you just fell asleep, you're in a deep sleep, combined with your bladder being exhausted from the holds you've done, it will probably push out your pee before you wake up, or you wake up mid stream.

    The last thing happened to me not too long ago, and it wasn't even planned.
    I woke up realizing I was pissing the bed.

  2. Soo, this weekend, in the night of Saturday to Sunday I peed the bed again, this time without a diaper.

    I had my last two glass of water around 11PM, peed in between and went to bed around 1:45AM.
    At around 03:20AM I woke up mid stream... I was full on peeing the bed...

    Since I wasn't wearing any protection I stopped the stream immediately but I already peed quite some...
    I rushed out of bed, got some towels to clean it up a bit and went to pee in a bottle I have next to my bed (since the restroom is downstairs).
    I peed around 450ml.

    I am not sure how this could have happened.
    I drank my last water more than 2 hours before bedtime, and I was sober.
    Though I was very tired and did a very big hold on Friday night, but I was able to sleep without a diaper that night and didn't pee the bed...

    Last night I went to bed without protection again and didn't pee the bed, I even woke up just to pee later that night.

    I think @WBxx might be right about that it is more likely to pee the bed when your bladder fills up early in the night.
    This must have happened... Maybe the two glasses of water just didn't went through my body fast enough (Usually I pee it out like an hour after drinking), and then it hit my bladder when I was just asleep...

  4. Since I was a kid I always pee right before bed and make sure there is no single drop left in my bladder.
    While trying to sleep, I even check if I have to pee from time to time. If I do feel even the slightest need to pee I will need to force myself to go to the toilet, because I don't want to interrupt my quality sleep.

    Sometimes when I had soup as dinner, I tend to pee more during the night as well. Especially when trying to sleep I tend to feel an increasing amount of urine in my bladder.
    I relieve this kind of stress I wear a diaper. I don't have to worry how full my bladder becomes before falling asleep, because if I do wake up I can just go pee in my diaper, don't even have to move a bit, and just fall back into sleep.

  5. I have the feeling most female desperation is faked.
    When I am extremely desperate, I get very intense bladder contractions and it tries to push out my pee with a lot of force.
    Holding this is very intense and makes me moan and spurt like a maniac.

    I am 100% into ladies, but there is one video that is from a guy and it's the only one I think is genuine.

    Probably. I didn't look at the time but I was asleep for quite some hours already, and it was a much bigger pee than the first time I peed the bed (without waking up).

    But I woke up quite some hours after falling asleep.

    I am also exercising 6 times a week.
    I didn't exercise the day before the first time I peed the bed without waking up.
    The second time I did exercise... so yea...

    So I've been trying to wet my diaper while asleep for.... many years.
    I had it happen just once in my adult life, which wasn't too long ago. Probably last year after smoking a lot of weed the night before.
    Though last night I didn't smoke weed...

    I I did last night was drinking a glass of water and a bit of milk for the first time right before sleep.
    I went to bed, watched an episode of The Office and felt right asleep.

    I just woke up this morning and checked my diaper.
    It felt a bit bulkier, but it didn't smell strong undearneath the blankets so I turned the lights on and yep... the wetness indicator was blue and I apparently peed my diaper during my sleep.
    It wasn't a huge flood, but just a normal decent amount of pee, and it also didn't smell very strong, so I guess I peed it quite early in the night, because I also had to pee some when I woke up in the morning.

    So... apparently being very sleepy and drinking some milk does the trick?
    I have to try that again sometime!

  8. Me and my ex did that sometimes. Even though she didn't know about my fetish and she said she didn't had one, me and my ex pressed on each other's bladder sometimes when we were in a horny mood. 
    Just because I told her that having to pee can make you feel more horny, she said it didn't work for her, though I still pressed on her bladder sometimes just to tease, and she did the same to me, even while we were having sex, like oral sex or just masturbating each other. That was hot to do in the morning, knowing that she had to pee at least some!

    Did you know that you can train yourself to wet the bed autonomously - by simply letting go whenever you wake up in the night to pee?

    Doesn't matter if you're wearing diapers, you're still reprogramming your brain to take a relaxed approach towards wetting yourself while asleep. It also doesn't matter if you have only done it a couple times, as that's all it takes for your body to start treating piss pains differently. The more you decide to just let go and wet the bed, the more autonomous it'll naturally become and eventually you'll have worked towards a full-time constant bedwetting routine.

    It doesn't really matter if you wanted to achieve this or not, it's just how most (if not all) of our bodies work, I guess.

    I think this is what you might have accidently started. Leave off the bedwetting for a while and when you start again, make it one-offs once every few months. You could get in to a routine of peeing before bed every night in the mean time. It's good that your body is still waking you up, at least. If it becomes a regular problem and what I've suggested doesn't make any difference, then I'd go see your doctor. They'll be more likely to do something after it becomes a regular occurrence - but hopefully it won't.

    Well I've been wearing a diaper for the past few nights and I did wake up every time to pee, and I just let go in my diaper.
    So it seems like the weed and the weakened bladder might have been the golden combination again.
    It was a pleasant surprise though!

  10. I just woke up and it seems like I genuinely wet the bed for real without waking up at all this night! 
     

    Before bed I became very high and I did an extreme hold. Drank a lot of water. 
    I masturbated in a diaper during the hold after spurting a lot into my diaper and then went to pee in the toilet. Longest pee ever. 
    after that I had a few long pees again and when everything calmed down I went to bed while still being high. 

    So I diapered up for the night and woke up with a very wet diaper!

    It seems like I fully emptied my bladder into the diaper while asleep and didn’t notice a thing! Wow

    Yes if I am about to lose control I can hold my penis to keep it shut.
    Though if my bladder keeps contracting the pressure becomes very intense and it starts to hurt, I even had a little blood while doing this (probably a small internal rupture?)

    What does help is to keep masturbating for a while.
    If I am doing an extreme hold it helps holding my pee.
    I do become flacid at some point because of the intense pressure on my bladder (but it feels soooooo good) I can still masturbate to keep holding, but when I stop masturbating I almost start peeing immediately.

    My heart rate and body temperature is always too high to fall asleep quickly after soccer or running.

    So @blackdiaper  You migth have been over tired from the training and maybe a little stressed about your injury.  That might have contributed you your starting to pee in your sleep.  Thankfully you caught it in time and did not wet your bed, just your boxers.  So good on that. 

    Maybe! I still think it’s weird because I’ve been tired, stressed and had an injury before, and it never happened then.

    So last night something weird happened. 
    I woke up around 5AM while I was peeing the bed! 
    I woke up lightly and noticed I was just releasing my bladder. 
    I quickly stopped and could avoid damage to the mattress. 
    While not fully awake I took off my wet boxers and peed in a jug I have at the bed (my bathroom is downstairs on the other side of the house, not nice if you did exhaust your bladder from holding sometimes, so I have it for convenience). 
    I had to pee quite a lot. 
    I then put on a clean boxer and went back to sleep. 
     

    Now I am wondering why this actually happened?

    This week I went to bed 3 times in just a diaper and when I lightly woke up in the night I’d just pee my diaper and fall back to sleep. 
    But the last time I did that was around 3 nights ago, and I didn’t pee in my sleep the other nights either. 
     

    I did had soccer training before bed and drank some water, but not excessive amounts. Aside from that I also have a injury in my leg muscle, but I don’t think that makes you pee in your sleep? I also didn’t do any holds recently  

    ive only had this happening one time before, but that was after an extreme hold before bed. 
    This only happened once, all the other times I just woke up with a full bladder and peed. 
     

    Anyone could have an idea why this happened?

    I wish I wore a diaper this time, I kind of like the idea of peeing in my sleep, but I also don’t want to become diaper dependent, in case I sleep over at a friend.
