    Today was my day off and to start the day I wanted to go on a walk. I drank a cup of coffee and about a liter of water before leaving. I wore some blue leggings, a black longsleeve shirt and a green sweater, thick orange socks and boots. On top I put on a rain proof jacket.     I've been thinking about getting some compression tights partly for better bood flow during my runs but also because they might get some awesome wet spots if I wet in them, (and because they would make my legs and butt look super good)

    I love the look of a big wet patch on the ass. But it's something I've never been able to achieve. Should I wet sitting or standing? Should I squat? What should I wear? Should I wet lying down? For results I mean something like this.

    I also wanted to try something new. Believe it or not this was my first re wetting. You definetly gotta admire my bad luck. I was a bit more relaxed than I thought.     Today is a weird day. I'm left home alone and at first I wasnt able to think of anything to do. Something I did come up with is that most of my training clothes could use a wash.       It's the liguid intake lol. Most runners should consume a combined 2 liters of water before, after and during the run. (Half a liter before you leave, half a liter immediately after you're done, and a liter during the first hour of recovery.) Sometimes more depending on intensity and the weather.

      So usually my bladder is full after a while, although my need to pee isn't really that big, atleast initially
