You can usually find a black color option with women's "absorbent underwear" types of pull-ups like Tena Silhouette, Attends, etc. At least here in Europe

Everything you wrote resonates a lot with me, and particularly this. I struggle a lot with anxiety as well, and diapers are a huge comfort for me.

I can postpone my morning pee for maybe two, maximum three hours. I almost never have to though, our bathroom is rarely occupied for long.

Oh yeah, the combination of going out in the cold in the morning and smoking always had me fighting for the dryness of my pants, haha. (I also quit smoking a long time ago now)
