as a male, I would try to get clothes out of the way by the use of the fly alone(not unbuttoning) and in general try to keep as much clothes in usual position as possible provided it allows enough room for you know what to get out and do the thing. But that is ideal circumstances. In reality I would try my best to hold on and piss myself trying lol

Hey, can you please draw something like this: a few guys standing in line to the restroom, everyone is desperate to a different degree(but everyone quite a lot), maybe one of them is peeing himself already while the bathroom is occupied by someone either wetting himself too or clearly enjoying his time and not planning to leave anytime soon.
