For some reason, areas outside buildings cause the screen render off-center with a distorted aspect ratio and the game to run at a snail's pace. Is there a way to fix this?

I really want to get into this one and the Noelle one, but some of the translations of the mechanics explanations once you get to the church are undecipherably broken, and mission information that is absolutely vital is completely untranslated.

Hi. I'm also having the problem where the game window won't open without even a popup. I've had Japanese locale set and rebooted before both extracting and running the game.
