How do you time your holds? Do you time it from the last time you peed, or from the time you first start to feel the urge to go? (... is there a rule?? 😂)

Kinda? When I masturbate while really full, sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between the feelings of the release of an orgasm and the release of wetting. It ends with me coming and then feeling relieved, and then peeing afterwards in a like, “normal” way, or it ends with me wetting and then feeling relieved, with no more need to chase an orgasm. I dunno if that makes sense, but that’s what happens for me.
