A bit of clarification of what I said before; the loop happens immediately AFTER chapter 7. so i guess that would make it the first cutscene of chapter 8. ALSO, it prompted a save right before it happened, meaning the loop happens when I boot up the save file, I can dm you it if you want

LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!! i found another softlock!!!!!! immediately after chapter 7 the cutscene overlaps and causes an infinite loop, can't progress

Im gonna be honest, I'm REALLY happy it was a game problem. and thats for the sole reason that I did not look like a complete dunce

ok so basically I have spent LITERALLY 2 hours in the sewers, and I can't find the final button/lever/switch. I believe 1 of 3 things might have happened (which I can't do because I don't have a recent save file for it) 1. I'm actually small brain and I haven't found it yet 2. It's in an unreachable place, and I can't get it 3. There was 1 lever that I pulled before the cutscene played, and that bugged out the game my save file is attached so you can look into it Save11.rvdata2
