I think what exxel92 means he as been banned from VK for uploading the wrong kind of material to the site. Yes that happened to me and I got banned and I tried to plead my case but to no avail jusy because it was in the wrong section on the site. I can still visit the site but not as a member of course. If you do join lay low and say nothing and contribute nothing and you should be ok.
