  3. I agree with previous posters. Clean up if you want between times but let go every night. See if you can wet in your sleep. It's a great feeling. I'm trying to achieve that myself.
  4. So it's been a busy couple days so I thought I would update. The last night I played the file I had the volume up too loud and it woke me XD Baby steps I suppose. However I'm trying multiple holds throughout today and then another night of listening to the hypnosis file before bed and setting it as an alarm on a lower volume so hopefully only my subconscious picks up on it. We will see how it goes. I just had one wetting. Usually I just keep freely wetting after that but this time I'm going to make myself get desperate as many times as I can. One down. Let's see how many more I can go! I didn't explain but the reason for the multiple holds is to temporarily weaken my bladder by tiring it out. This might actually work and I have not fully tried it before but have noticed by bladder is "tired" and easier to get desperate after the first hold.
  5. I will be trying this method too that koyukoyu mentioned. I think it's the only thing that has come close to working and I've only tried it once. Going to try again today. πŸ™‚ I have a strong bladder and have to let go due to worry of harming myself before I get there. The only time I've had genuine leaking with no control was after a desperate hold for a long time and suddenly wetness trickled down my legs when I went to go get new underwear. a good sign I might have success!

After learning to pee through my clothes I started lying down on my bed and peeing myself as my biggest fantasy is wetting the bed while I'm unconscious and having a true bedwetting.   11. I wrote my real life ones on my topic Experiment of a frustrated girl if you want to read. There are two in that thread. Both are true. One is a regular be wetting and one is a bed wetting that is also a fear wetting due to a nightmare I had after experiencing something mildly traumatizing. So basically a fear bed wetting if that interests you at all. And don't worry I shared it so people could enjoy. The trauma wasn't that bad. Just enough to create a really good story since I developed this fetish.

  13. It depends on the anatomy of how you pee and what you feel comfortable doing. Right now your mind is locked in multiple ways. You should work on one lock at a time. If I were you and if it is possible, start small by sitting on the toilet and urinating like normal. Except your pants are still pulled up. pee through your clothes and slowly normalize that and then start trying different positions and locations. Practice practice practice. I started the same way!   14. I had something kind of like this happened don't know if it counts. I was out drinking at my favorite sushi bar and suddenly the urge to go hit me. I just drank a bunch of water and it hit faster than I thought it would. I was only a 15 minute drive from home but had a 5 minute walk to the car. I didn't know if I was going to make it. I made it to my car but the whole way home I felt like I was going to let myself for real. Now I have no desire to publicly wet myself for real. However in my car it was so intense that I started trying to let go. Unfortunately my bladder was locked and as bad as I needed to I couldn't release. I finally got home and sat in the car for a couple minutes because I didn't know if I could make it the 10 seconds to my door. I ended up making it to the door and finally deciding to try to let go again. Again frustratingly my bladder was locked. This happens to me sometimes after holding it really really hard it doesn't want to release right away. I make it up the excruciating climb up my stairs to my second floor apartment and come with in sight the bathroom and Bam. Bladder unlocked. I was wearing jeans and standing in the kitchen when it hit me and I started leaking. Now another thing I don't really enjoy is getting anything on the carpet and I had a spot of carpet to cross to get to the bathroom. I probably could have made it and even if I didn't it would have only soaked into my jeans before crossing the carpet but I sort of convinced myself it wasn't worth the risk and why waste all my desperation down the toilet anyways? I had never fully released in my jeans before. They just weren't my "play wear" So I'm standing across from it and bent over and jiggling up and down in my kitchen trying to make my decision when another wave hits me and I decide to just let go. I remember actually being startled when I finally relaxed into it at how loud the hissing was because I had never gone into jeans before. It was kind of funny because my cat was nearby and started darting around trying to figure out what was hissing. She couldn't figure out it was me or how it would be me. XD Either way I went ahead and relaxed into it and hissed for a good solid minute. I was surprised at my ability to wet my jeans completely as they weren't on my my "ok to wet" list. But my flow didn't even hesitate when my thighs were soaked, socks got soaked and then I started forming a puddle at my feet. Didn't stop there either. My puddle kept growing and at this point my jeans were heavy and could not absorb any more so now I had a stream coming directly out from my crotch and two more fast dripping streams from both leg cuff of my pants adding to the growing puddle. I didn't realize how big it had gotten or that the puddle not only spread but began to have its own flow and managed to find my kitchen rug nearly two feet away! I wasn't so happy about that and ended up having to throw it in the wash as well. But not before I made myself sit in the puddle (which actually rippled and splashed me!) And made myself understand the gravity of what I had just done. Weirdly enough that action coaxed a little more out of me and after just a couple minutes if sitting there I already had more to contribute which I of course I didn't bother even trying to hold in. I had briefly thought about finishing the last bit in the toilet after cleaning up but my thighs were still trembling from the desperation of the hold. So I just let them continue trembling as I weakly urinated myself again, letting what little I had left to offer into my now cooling lake of pee. Definitely a first for me but fun. Never wet my jeans again but don't regret it at all. Also might be again if it wins the most votes in what video I make! (You can vote too if you want I will keep it open for several days)

I love extras so that thrilled me. I'm wearing the white brief now. I saw so many people recommended them so I sprang for a trial of 12. Not only that but I wasn't supposed to get them for several days. They came early on my day off! πŸ˜„ Can't wait to decide how I want to use them! Today/ tonight might be more fun than I thought!   17. I am very shy in person and have been too nervous about making videos in the past. However, I have been gathering my courage and am toying with a few ideas. I thought it would be fun and help me get the nerve up if I had you vote on your favorite scenario with the caveat I have to make the video that wins and post it on here. It would also help me knowing people want the content. So here we go! Would you rather witness: Scenario 1- Squirming/desperation while wearing a short dress with tight leggings underneath. That way I would be holding myself through the dress but when I inevitably lose the battle and try to hide it, you can plainly see my failure broadcast as it begins spreading down my legs causing the tell tale darkening of my leggings. Scenario 2- An upskirt shot with underwear on but no leggings as I try to hold it in without holding myself or clenching my legs. The battle would be lost more quickly but excruciatingly as I begin to lose control over and over again, letting out small amounts and barely stopping again before accepting my defeat and giving in to the final release. Scenario 3- A desperate hold while wearing jeans. I would be physically trying to hold my crotch and rubbing my thighs together. I might last a little longer this way but not forever. Unlike the skirts or even the leggings, when I surrender and release into my jeans the hiss of me urinating myself is extra loud due to it hitting the thicker material at full force.   18. So I decided to update tonight instead of tomorrow as I don't believe one will be required at that point. I listened to the file 4-5 times and was able to having 11 wettings. It would have been more but when I listen to that file my bladder "unlocks" and I can wet until empty. So it takes more time to 'fill back up'. The fact that I can get my subconscious AND my bladder of steel to surrender to the file so completely that I not only easily empty my bladder fully but have troubles not doing so the moment I hear it is a positive sign for my goal, I think. I plan to attempt to subliminally play this in my sleep tonight by setting it as a 2 AM alarm. Since I work tomorrow I was originally going to avoid doing it on work nights. However since someone pointed out to me that this would likely take some time and repetition and I do not think I will wet the bed this quickly I am going to go ahead and play it tonight with no protection. It's gonna take some time to completely break down my subconscious so I'm not worried. I just don't want to pass up the opportunity to "soften" up my barriers to achieving a true bed wetting. I think it will be good practice to play it while I sleep, specifically to have it start playing when I am in deep sleep and my mind isn't paying attention. ( And hopefully let's down it's guard at some point). Anyways that's the first update! I will keep adding to this as I go!

  20. Alright I have officially formulated a plan. My Classical Conditioning experiment. And I will update my conditions/experiments in an official log on this topic, for a few reasons. 1) to remember what I have tried and in what number 2) to track what works and what doesn't 3) to keep me motivated. Sometimes I start something but get busy and don't keep up with it. This will require some repetition for sure and I'm hoping if I post about it I will feel obligated to keep up with it. 4) for your enjoyment! You can read my previous topic to see my likes/dislikes and goals but to review, I have always wanted to have a genuine bed wetting that I completed in my sleep without waking up. Read my previous post for my details on why. (TLDR on that is when I was a little girl I would actually experience orgasm-level bursts of pleasure when wetting the bed in my sleep so I'm sure that started the fetish. I am hoping to recapture that feeling. I also developed a fetish for submissive/mind break/hypnosis wettings which EMG captures pretty well in his bed wetting curse file which spurred these desires on). In the end I have tried various suggestions on here and nothing has ever worked. I have been frustrated but finally feel I may be on to some that could work for even my bladder of steel. Classical conditioning. I want to teach my subconscious a natural trigger that says it's ok to release and find a way to ingrain the trigger through association so hard that i can play the trigger while asleep and trick my subconscious into finally giving me what I want. People warn about starting wetting and not being able to stop. I don't feel this will happen but either way a (potential) safeguard against that is I plan to use a trigger that my subconscious already associates with urination rather than a random trigger that could happen by accident: peeing and bathroom sounds. So what I have done is take my favorite wetting hypnosis file as mentioned previously, downloaded sounds of releasing urine into a toilet and used an audio editor to take my fave pieces of the file interspersed with normal urination sound effects. I plan to listen to this during the day while awake and train myself to wet with the timing of the sound effects while repeating the mantras the file instills in your mind to wet yourself. I will put it on a loop and/or do this several times a day for at least 2-3 days a week. I will attempt to have as many wettings as possible timed with the audio to "train" my subconscious this is an acceptable trigger and natural sensation. I will be laying in bed while doing this, either focusing on the file or on a form of entertainment but still listening and wetting on cue. Then, I will set the file as an alarm on my phone at a time I do not usually wake up in the hopes that the deeper I sleep the more receptive my subconscious will be to the hypnosis/triggers and if it DOES work that I will remain asleep for the entire wetting and completely empty into the bed (I have a protective cover for this) I think I read somewhere it takes around 25 repetitions to learn something but I'm not sure how many it takes for it to be trained into your subconscious. If anyone has any info on that I'm all ears. πŸ™‚ Either way I will update when I do my wettings, how often, how many I did, if I set up a "night event" (the hypnosis file on an alarm during sleep) and if that was successful or not. Alright! No time like the present! I plan to do as many sessions with the file this evening as I can manage while awake. might be hard to get many in as I want since my goal is to have complete wettings without holding back when the trigger plays so that my subconscious won't hesitate to release or hold back when I sleep. what do you think? Any suggestions?
  21. That's great advice about waking and wetting and hoping it becomes automatic. And I've done similar things in the past just not consistently enough. As for bed wetting without wanting to, I'm sure that's a risk but that's why I'm hoping to use the classical conditioning approach. I want their to be a trigger for my subconscious that causes it. The flip side if that would presumably be when the trigger is absent the wetting doesn't happen. That way I "control the lack of control" on night I want to wet vs nights I don't. (Ie listening to the file with subliminal triggers vs simply not listening to it). Also I think I might try again tonight to "train" my bladder/subconscious. I don't expect to be successful at first so it shouldn't matter either way as I don't expect to wet the bed tonight. They will be wakeful wettings every time I hear certain triggers in the file I made myself. I'm trying to figure out how many times you have to pair a trigger with a reaction for it to become subconscious. Maybe I will keep a tally of how many wettings I do during "wakeful training sessions" and compare it against any advancements/successes I have wetting the bed while asleep? Any thoughts?

  23. Same as for current attempts. I have had pee dreams where I star to go but wake up without wetting in time to stop. As for an update, last night I created my own mix of EMGs file interspersed with a realistic sound of peeing in a toilet. I set this as my 2 am alarm but unfortunately forgot to turn off the vibrate part of the alarm and the music was set so low I couldn't hear it at all and woke up instead to the sound of my phone vibrating me awake. Aw well. I knew this would likely take some troubleshooting. Problem one identified and resolvable.
