In Chrome/Firefox you can right click -> inpsect. Go to the elements tab, CTRL+F for .mp4/ and you can find the direct url to the mp4 video and download it, no need for any third party downloader.

A quick google search shows that multiple sites that have NMK-040, most of which are probably easier to rip from. The slow downloads usually don't bother me too much since there's only a handful that I want to watch every once in a while. A day to download 1 file is pretty standard but you can have multiple downloads going on at the same time, I think you have to wait a few hours between the downloads.

Currently leo312.com is the most similar I know of. Mix of both scat and omo but all well tagged so using the tags/dropdowns at the top should filter out the stuff you don't like. Everything is free but they've recently started watermarking videos with pay to remove watermark. They've been uploading stuff almost every day, so very active.

It's hard to tell if sppwd is dead or just inactive since the paid service seems to be targeting new videos and one of the other blogs have had new posts. After omorashi.club shut down I've started archiving some of the stuff I like in case things like this happen. Back then I was able to pull some videos from archive.org but it doesn't work with this due to the nsfw page.

I always use an adblocker when looking around so didn't notice. I'll add that as a warning if I ever link anything to that site again.

I don't think so, most of the posts have the numbers unchanged but the tag in front changed so DLEE>EE or DLFF>FF or something and there was nothing with 161 in the numbers. Wait a bit, it might go up there eventually.
