    Most realistic accident to have?

I know a few women who confessed to such accidents. No details though, didn't bother asking. Here's an article about the phenomenon https://www.shape.com/lifestyle/mind-and-body/why-do-you-have-pee-closer-you-get-bathroom

    Most realistic accident to have?

There's a real phenomenon called Latchkey Incontinence which is quite common, is the urge to pee you get when you're finally arriving home and start fumbling after your keys. Probably one of the most common real accident scenarios that exist.

    Male vs Female Bladder Capacity

I don't understand why some people think pointing out average differences between men and women is "sexist". I've studied as a nurse and incontinence is more common even among young nulliparous women than among their male peers, practically every study done on the topic shows this, but of course there are exceptions to the rule. I gather this has to do with female anatomy which looks quite different from male anatomy down there.
  4. Looks excellent, seems to feature mostly latchkey scenarios which are the most realistic ones imo (mostl likely to happen in rela life) https://www.jade-net-home.com/products/111823?m=

    A point about real accidents

It's science even. "The most frequently reported environmental cues were “On the way to the bathroom” and “Arrival at home/opening front door”; these cues were reported by both groups." https://journals.lww.com/jwocnonline/Abstract/2014/05000/Cues_to_Urinary_Urgency_and_Urge_Incontinence__How.13.aspx Accidents out in public are very rare indeed, only places they happen with some regularity is at long bathroom lines at nightclubs, festivals and bars

    A point about real accidents

The point about latchkey accidents being the most common ones is very true. If I remember correctly there have even been studies on this. Here's an article about the latchkey syndrome from a woman's health mag https://www.shape.com/lifestyle/mind-and-body/why-do-you-have-pee-closer-you-get-bathroom

Have you ever seen real wetting?

Both were very brief so there's much to describe, the aftermath was a young girl no older than 20 with a friend waiting for a taxi, she had a jacket covering her waist but you could still see she had wet her pants and by the look of it she had been crying. She whispered something to her friend as the taxi arrived and then they disappeared. The other one a brunette early twenties, presumably had to much to drink and wet herself in line to a bathroom, she was led away by a friend. She had black pants and not much was showing but there was a puddle on the floor. I've heard a few testimonies of real wetting accidents, all of them latchkey wettings. None of them described in much detail though and none of them told to me directly as they were all overheard so I couldn't be asking for them. But latchkey wettings seem to be the by far most common desperation accidents from what I can tell and as said they are unfortunately rarely witnessed.

Have you ever seen real wetting?

Excluding older people I've seen one aftermath and one happening in line for the bathroom. Both of them young women in their early twenties. The first one didn't appear to be drunk at all but I guess the second one at least had some beers (it was in a nightclub). But I think witnessing accidents live is very rare. Gathering both from the few pee stories I've heard and from what I've read the vast majority of desperation accidents that grown women have (excluding drunk ones) are latchkey accidents. They happen when the woman is already at home unlocking her front door, they simply almost never happen in the middle of the street in broad daylight. Latchkey accidents are very seldom witnessed unless you live together with the person, in most cases the woman can escape them undetected. As you all know, a sudden increase in the urge to pee when you are almost home is a very common psychological phenomenon.

    How Common Are Wetting Accidents?

Here is one study from the prestigious scientific journal Nature on the prevalence of overactive bladder and urge incontinence in korean women 20-40 years old. http://www.nature.com/ijir/journal/v17/n2/full/3901270a.html The report found that while 12,7% of respondents suffered from overactive bladder a higher percentage (19.2%) of respondents reported having had more than one experience of urge incontinence (not making it to the bathroom in time when you really have to pee) From the study: So in korean women it doesn't seem to be that rare, I guess a much higher percentage have had only one experience rather than more than one which was the criteria for urge incontinence (19.2% of women in the study) so it actually wouldn't surprise me if more than 50% of korean women 20-40 years old have experienced one isolated episode of urge incontinence (not making it to the toilet in time) as adults. The authors of the study say they found such high numbers because of the liberal criteria they used (most only ask about the monthly leakages but this one asked if they had ever experienced more than one such episodes as adults) Worth noting that mean age of respondents was 26 years old and the absolute majority of women interviewed (80%) were nulliparous which means they have never been pregnant. Note that urge incontinence (leaking due to not making it to the bathroom in time) is different from the more common stress incontinence (leaking due to lifting, coughing, laughing etc) and generally involves larger amount of leakage So isolated wetting accidents due to urgency don't seem to be that uncommon in young korean women at least. One reason these are seldom witnessed is that the most common form of urge incontinence is called latchkey incontinence which happens when you're just arriving home trying to unlock the door. It seldom happen out in public in the open. Naturally any witnesses are few. Also note that all studies have reported a significantly higher frequency of urge incontinence in young/middle age women than young/middle age men, at old age it tends to even out though. So it's definitely more common among women no question.
