Too complicated. I just have a simple Python script for it using Whisper CPP, DeepL and ffmpeg. Japanese is a complicated language though so the machine-translation is very often clearly very off even for someone like me who can't speak Japanese. Baking in the subtitles is also not a great practice. It's better to pack it together with the untouched video and audio into an MKV. Here's the script. It's not user friendly though.
