  1. I definitely enjoy male omorashi, but I find it rarer to find it with quality on par with female omorashi content.
  2. As everyone else said, washing dishes makes me need to go much worse. Another that I personally find to make me desperate is doing laundry, particularly if I move a load to the dryer as I start another load in the washer and hear it starting up. Just moving the wet clothes and hearing the water start to run does it for me. It probably also helps that I start to think I might need to do more laundry if I don't make it.
  3. There is definitely a sweet spot when it comes to drinking for a hold. It's actually pretty helpful to know the path of water through the body, after you drink it goes to your stomach, then your small intestine where most goes to the bloodstream, then it reaches the large intestine and most of the rest is absorbed into the bloodstream as well. Your blood brings fresh water to your cells and brings water carrying waste to the kidneys which process the waste carrying water into urine which is then stored in the bladder. This brings up some of the reasons why drinking massive amounts at once isn't a great idea. First, there is discomfort in your stomach due to filling it with a large volume of liquid quickly. Second, and more seriously, too much water in your bloodstream will dilute it and your cells will lose nutrients like sodium to it to try to maintain a balance, which can cause all sorts of problems. I would suggest trial and error with drinking smaller amounts over an extended time and seeing how fast the drinks go to your bladder, and finding an amount and time period that works best for you. A decent starting place would be to drink .5L an hour and see it takes for that to fill your bladder, and experiment from there. Sorry for the long winded response, but TL;DR drinking lots of water isn't great for you, try drinking a smaller amount with a consistent timing for the time leading up to your hold.
  4. The methods mentioned have occasionally worked for me, but rapid desperation is a good method as well. You can read up on it on it on this old thread, but essentially, you drink a set amount every certain amount of time, say a glass an hour, and use the restroom whenever you feel any urge. An hour or so before you want to have the hold start you drink more frequently and continue to go when you feel any urge, and then you stop going at the end of that hour and continue drinking. If you are drinking a ton of water, make sure to supplement with nutrients and electrolytes.
  5. If you are on your own Amazon account, you can get them pretty much secretly. Only Amazon shows up on the card and they ship in Amazon packaging.
  6. Knowing people who normally hold it for entire shifts, they tend to limit their water intake. If you can keep the amount you each drink even, I doubt she will be able to hold it near 10 hours.
  7. That sounds like it was really fun! On the first time diaper question, Goodnites are a good place to start if they fit you, though if you need something larger/want something that fastens dry 24/7s are good.
