  1. I make sure that my bladder is well rested (and ready for some exercise ) before doing a hold. I usually eat a light meal before starting and i drink mostly water (and perhaps some coffee) to hydrate. Salty foods or drinks with electrolytes/acids (mineral water, fruit juices etc.) really intensify the urge to go so i tend to avoid those, but they are useful if i want to spice things up. Lastly: sometimes i get jittery towards the end of a hold, especially if i'm close to my limit. In that case i find that a bit of alcohol (i prefer a few shots of vodka) really calms me down and makes the hold way more pleasurable. As for the clothing choice: compression shorts (or tight fitting swimwear) feel amazing during a hold .
  2. Thanks! I plan to reach 2.5L in the near future (i'd just have to hang on another 15 mins after that last picture, for example), but i don't think i'll be able to hold any more than that. For all the other replies: Thanks, and i'm glad you like the pics!
  3. Well, usually i try not to 'break the seal' (i prefer to keep myself full if i know i'll have some privacy later - besides i think it's a fun challenge to try and make it back home) but if i have to go it's always a spectacular release ;D
  4. Inspired by Burt and Vika's awesome pics i did a hold recently (i hadn't done one in a long while) but i was too busy (lazy) to post the pics. Now i have the opportunity to do so, so here goes: When i arrived home i noticed that my bladder was moderately full (still comfortable but i knew i had to go, so i probably had ~1L in me). I decided that a full bladder is a terrible thing to waste, so i drank around two liters of water over the course of half an hour. Two hours after i finished drinking, i was absolutely full. I managed to last about 15 more minutes before i had to go. 30 minutes after i finished drinking: 30 minutes after that: 45 minutes before i go: My bladder felt heavy and throbby -and so very full- but it was a really pleasant feeling (that i hadn't felt in about two months) so i continued. 15 mins before release: At this point my bladder was aching from all the pee it held (around 2.2L judging by how i felt) but i could easily control (*contain ) the leaks so i held on. Finally, right before i go: I absolutely had to pee by then. The urge to go was ineffable and i just made a run for the measuring cup (i recently bought one that has 2.5L capacity as i really don't like to stop once i finally get to pee ). I ended up releasing 2.37L. I don't know how to link pictures (and i cannot be bothered to learn how to do so) so this has been a crazy long post. Enjoy!

  7. Duplicate account, welcome. There's an ellipse shaped indentation near the center of the door, which is obviously not a straight line. Would you be so kind as to clarify what you mean?

  10. Thanks! I was mostly standing/sitting as still as i could, but near the end i could't keep an upright posture as doing so would strain my bladder. Though i normally like to hold it lying down (to really appreciate the heaviness/pressure ?) this time i didn't even think about it, i would probably lose control trying to get up. I drank two shots of vodka in the last 45 mins as i was getting too anxious and it relaxed both my nerves and my bladder. I think the biggest factor was that i hadn't done any holds recently (~3 weeks) so that all the muscles were well rested and ready for some exercise ?.

  12. I drank a little more than three liters, most of it in the first hour. It took me around two minutes to empty my bladder. I get a bit shaky when i'm full but i don't really get different sensations in my legs (or i may not be noticing them as the feelings from my bladder are way stronger). I might try and push myself to do 2.5L, but i don't think i'll be able to increase my capacity any more than that.
