Users who follow your profile are notified of status updates, and can be notified when replies are posted to status updates they've commented on.

This is basically what status updates are for. There isn't a character limit on status updates so you can make posts about as long as you'd like on there and anyone following you can opt to receive your updates as notifications.

Our current unofficial policy on AI art is it can only be posted in personal albums in not in the main gallery categories. Any obvious AI art posted to the main categories will be removed under our quality standards guidelines. Similarly, any incomprehensible AI generated stories will likely also be removed for not meeting quality standards. We'll likely release an official policy on this as well in the near future however to prevent any confusion.

No, I'm afraid this is not something we want on OmoOrg in any fashion. We have seen enough posts about people being stalked and harassed over the years and it's not something we want to risk OmoOrg facilitating.

We generally do not like users posting sensitive location information anywhere on the forums. General information such as country or even state are fine, but when we get to the point that we are advertising what actual cities we live in and so on, it becomes a safety concern, and for this reason we are unlikely to ever create an official board to facilitate this kind of thing. Some people do develop close relationships on boards like this and may schedule means of meeting up, but all of this is usually done in private and not in an open, public space that anyone can read or access. We have noted that OmoOrg is not the ideal place to hook-up or date, and this still remains our stance today. I can't really recommend any good alternative sources for this, but this is a type of service that we are not properly equipped or staffed to offer.

That is correct, larger files will need to be uploaded to that section and then can be linked in your posts elsewhere if you like. However, when files are submitted to the Downloads section, it will also automatically create a thread in the videos forum for you.

@alleycat89 which category are you trying to upload to? That file size limit should only apply to post attachments, not uploads to the Downloads section. This is the file size limit you should see when uploading files to the Downloads section:
