I did not plan a hold for that day, but an opportunity just presented itself - it was afternoon and no one else would be home until late evening. I'm just trying to adapt to the increasing pressure by fidgeting more and more actively. I don't remember myself ever bedwetting, so yeah - sleeping helps a lot.
