How being here has helped me

Recommended Posts

I have to say, I am in a very similar situation. I am well into my 30s now, but I have been here for years. I first discovered that the thought of women peeing turned me on, after a couple of incidents I witnessed, when I was in school, and thought I was weird. As I grew into my teenage years it was female desperation that really turned me on. Any time I encountered a queue for the toilet, I was fantasising like crazy. I genuinely thought I was a freak, and I was the only person in the world who could be turned on by something so disgusting. As the internet became more widespread throughout the 90s, I discovered a few niche "Piss porn" sites, and came to terms with the fact I wasn't alone, but it was still a dirty secret.

I joined this site many many years ago, and, like most, I was a silent member. Slowly I started to contribute and realised there are literally thousands of people with the same fantasies, and this is such a perfect place to live those out. In my real life, I too am overweight, unattractive, single, and have very little luck with the ladies. I would never dream of divulging my fantasies, for fear of "real world" reactions. On here though, I can explore it all with likeminded people. Like you, I feel accepted, and have had great feedback on stories and experiences I have posted. I have also had a number of private conversations with members, and I enjoy greatly learning about what others are aroused by, exchanging experiences, and generally sharing the love. Its an amazing community, and long may it continue.

@pguy69 I too thought I was the only one who was into seeing girls wet themselves, let alone doing it myself, until I was like 19 and read about the fetish and saw some stories on another omo site, years before joining this site.

Yes, online stories (Thomas' Water Resources and Shara and Gers female desperation) played a huge part in me realising what turned me on. Its desperation way more than wetting that does it for me. Even finding those sites though, and realising other people had written those stories, it still felt so wrong to be enjoying something so "dirty".

Hey guys, I guess It is always the same to everyone, first we discover this weird thing about got turn on when the other person gotta go, then we feel like we are the worst kind of person of the world, and then after some googles we realize that have nothing to be shame lol

as I have seen many people talking, no matter what your fetish, whether it is about seeing a woman peeing or whether it is about licking a knob, as long as it is consensual, this is perfectly normal and wonderful.

Aside from wetting being the part of omo that turns me on the most, I felt that way for a while too until I got some reassurance from people on fimfiction and reading a licensed therapist's article about fetishes.

This community is critical to the mental health of us all.  I'm glad you found your way here.

I found I've had to move a lot from site to site.  There was Thomas' Water Resources, that others have mentioned, plus I used to trawl the Usenet news groups, starting with alt.sex.watersports.  Then I went to WetSet (I was WetOne there), but the community there kind of died down when they revamped the site (pity.  it was pretty strong).  From there, there was Experience Project (I was Bedsoaker there) and more recently, Fetlife, Similar Worlds and finally here (SoggyShorts on all three of these).  You can also find some content on mainstream social media sites (I am soggier on Reddit) but a lot of them can't be trusted to mind their own business (looking at you, Facebook!).

I am grateful when I discover pee-dedicated sites like this, because it is truly a place to call home.

BTW, for those of you who were on Experience Project, and want to see something similar... wander over to Similar Worlds.  It's running on the same platform and has a lot of EP refugees.
