Guest Seeker
Has anyone ever tried weighing themselves before and after peeing to see the difference? They say water is 2.2 lb (1 kg) per liter (urine is essentially water). My personal best is 1.4 lb. Quote Link to comment
BENAir01 601
I don’t remember the exact numbers, but I have done this, and I believe I was in the 1.5-2lb range. Quote Link to comment
Adrian6970wc 243
I've never weighed my pee but I do measure it on a regular basis and 300 to 500ml is a fairly normal output for me. Quote Link to comment
ItsMeAmanda 14
I've been scales in the morning lately (since Christmas basically). And only after reading this post do I realize that I have been weighing myself sometimes before my morning pee, and sometimes after. It probably doesn't make a huge difference, but it is something to keep in mind when you are trying to weigh yourself accurately. Quote Link to comment
