FinnishBoy 20
Reading up about omorashi in Wikipedia there was a brief mention about a punk band called Cat Chaser Conspiracy which had songs about wetting and pee in general and their shows included the band members and the audience peeing themselves, the lead singer stating that they want to teach adult women to be UNtoiled-trained as a form of feminine anarchy. It was also sexual to them and the lead singer appeared in a few articles and photosets in Wet Set magazine in the late 90's and early 00's. I did a bit snooping around with search engines and Wayback machine. I found their original homepage which is still up: http://www.angelfire.com/goth/catchaserconspiracy/ The site doesn't have much of anything in it, but the bio states: "Cat Chaser was just another Seattle Punk band in the early 80's. They played all the Punk and Goith underground clubs in the University and Pike Place market districts. It was not until a year after constant playing, did the band get their big break. They were playing a dingy Punk/Goth club called the Church when Cresta had to pee. They had just started the second set. She tried to tell Fastcat via the lyrics of the song. He and Black Bile just thought that Cresta was trying new lyrics. She wet herself on stage and the crowd went wild. Soon the band packed every club they played at because everyone wanted to see the WettyGurl. Cresta founded the WettyGurl movement and injected the wetting into the stage act. Many of the girls who attended CCC shows would and still do follow suit. CCC incorporated the WettyGurl theme into their stage act and now have about 8 WettyGurl songs." I found this quite interesting and continued googling around but found out that there's not much about the band in the internet, at least on the plain sight. This probably derives from the fact that when the band was active internet was very young and things haven't stayed up. I however found from Wet Set website a few mentions, that the later lead singer Moppet had two photosets there(links at the bottom) and the band was included in two articles of Wet Set issues of 15 (which i sadly haven't come up with yet) and the issue 24 which I had and i took shots of the article (in the bottom). The contemporary Wet Set and Patches place have hardly anything of the band so I used Internet Wayback Machine and dug up a rotten corpse of Patches place from the turn of the millenium and it had an article, picture set, music sample and taped interview on it! Sadly I couldn't download but one clip and the track didn't work either. Apparently, there exists many pics and even videos of the gigs which should include a lot of wetting in them, I would be interested if anyone has more information or any material of this band or similiar ones. There doesn't seem to exists anything similiar today. A story and pics included. https://web.archive.org/web/20000510174027/http://www.patches.org/gallery6.shtml The attached pictures are of the lead singer Moppet and then there's the article from Wet Set issue 24. FinnishBoy 20
This is the story of one of their gigs, taken from the long-dead patches page I linked. Thought this would be good enough for posting here, and for the sake of salvaging it in case something happens to the archived site. Wet fetish band from Hell! With the recent publicity and tour of the RockBitch band in the spring of 1997, we felt it was time to share some of the info we have about Cat Chaser. The following article appeared in issue 15 of Wet Set Magazine and we have added to and rearranged some of the pics which were used in that article. The Wet Set Magazine article is reprinted with the kind permission of the publisher of Wet Set.A new band is emerging from the underground scene in Toronto, Canada - totally uninhibited, and eager to break even the most basic taboos. Based on their ideas of Discordianism and "feminine anarchy", they may just have found the ultimate way to shock the establishment!Cat Chaser Karla is a dedicated Cat Chaser fan, and goes to every gig. She has always enjoyed breaking the rules, and now that can include maybe the first one she ever learned. Recently she introduced her friend Jade to the new scene."Cat Chaser is the wildest band I have ever seen. Through the week all I can think about is Saturday night. It's like great music and total freedom from everything. I always wear my 'baby doll' stuff because it makes me feel just right when I finally let myself go - and I do mean 'let go'!"Cat Chaser It's Saturday night, and Karla is meeting her girlfriend at a bar near to where the band is playing. Since Jade is new to this scene, she is dressed in a regular pair of faded blue jeans. Even though Karla has told her all about it, she still isn't quite sure what to expect. The idea excites her though, and she knows she wants to do it.The girls talk and drink a few beers before heading off. Jade instinctively heads for the bathroom, but a tug on her arm and a smile from Karla reminds her where they're going.Cat Chaser Once inside, the atmosphere is dark and mystic. The band has just finished setting up, and the flickering light from candles on stage reflects eerily off the mic stands and drums. Karla immediately embraces the mood, and a wicked smile crosses her lips. The ambience is total Gothic, Vampyric... Satanic!Jade looks anxiously at her friend, but it's clear she is no longer the same person - Karla has become a child of Eris, the Goddess of Chaos, the wetty Goddess!Cat Chaser She still feels a bit uneasy as they make their way through the crowd to the bar. Around them in the darkness guys are dressed in black leather, but the girls seem more like the submissive and willing prey of some gothic Vampyre.Even Karla is wearing a white frilly crinoline dress with pink satin underskirt, an outer layer of see through chiffon, and little girl shoes. Her socks, like her panties are decorated with lace and frills. She could almost be 5 years old - but for the studded leather wrist bands and collar! With drinks in hand they push their way back through the crowd towards the stage. Jade is aware of the fullness in her bladder, but does her best to ignore it. Karla has told her not to think about it, and to wait until the time feels right. She realises she has already come too far to turn back, and despite some residual fear is determined to go through with it. And besides, Karla has assured her she won't be the only one!Cat Chaser Then suddenly the lights go on. The drummer yells 1,2,3,4 and the band goes straight into their first song - Political Passion. The singer's scream almost drowns out the instruments - it's Gothic ambience to the max! The music is loud and demonic, and the lyrics urge the faithful to renounce virtually every rule they have ever learnt.Caught up in the mood, the two girls are soon dancing with total abandonment. The singer is reaching out to all the females in the audience to defy what they've always been told, and to surrender themselves to total freedom. Karla is completely under her spell, and listens to every word. She knows them all of course, but is waiting for her favorite song.Cat Chaser Several songs into the set Jade becomes aware that every now and then, girls in the audience will stop dancing and stand perfectly still while staring at the stage. Although it's hard to see in the darkness, she knows exactly what they're doing, and is strangely aroused and excited by it.Just as she starts to think about her own urgent need, her attention is drawn to the singer, who is asking the girls in the audience if anyone has wet her pants tonight! The crowd roars, and a young baby doll figure is pushed by her friends through to the stage. Bob is quick with the lighting, and as the singer helps her up, the glistening wet stains on her dress are obvious to all.Cat Chaser She is clearly embarrassed, but somehow revels in the attention. It's not clear what she whispers into the mic, but in response to the whistles from the crowd, she pulls up her dress to display her wet panties before sliding back down to the dance floor. The singer tells all the girls that it's OK to wet yourself - so DO IT! Then she announces that the next song is Emotional Pee.Cat Chaser Jade can feel Karla tugging on her arm, and she realises the time has come. She gazes up at the stage, mesmerised by the lights, and concentrates on the words of the song. Then just as Lissa leads into the chorus, a beautiful warm feeling starts to spread out from between her legs and down her thighs. Inspiration comes from the lead singer and bass player, both of whom are doing the same thing.Karla too is completely under the spell, and helpless to stop herself - not that she would want to! The look on her face is one of pure ecstasy, as eyes closed, and gently moving to the music, she gives herself up to Eris, and begins to wet her pants.Cat Chaser Bob swings the spotlight around the crowd, and it's clear to all that about 80% of the girls are wet, including the two female members of the band. Jade can't believe what she has done, and for a brief second wonders how she is going to get home. But the sensuality of the experience is well worth the embarrassment, and without a doubt she has become a new convert to Cat Chaser - the wet fetish band from Hell! TVGuy 10,657 Posted October 21, 2015 🌟 OmoOrg VIP Share Posted October 21, 2015 Did this band actually exist? In 1998 I was a teenager. Me, and my sort of girlfriend at the time, decided to take a train trip to Seattle by ourselves and explore the big city. Having spent a good amount of time on the old Wetset message board, I was quite familiar with Cat Chaser. My sort-of girlfriend was very into punk rock and grunge, so when I told her I wanted to check out this Seattle band she was all for it. Finding show information on their website, we timed our trip to Seattle to try and see them. We showed up where there show was supposed to be, but nothing. No one knew there was a show that was supposed to be going on, no one else was there to see them. We checked their website and made sure we had all the correct information, but no one showed up. A few years later I found myself in Seattle again. And again, my visit seemed to correspond to a supposed Cat Chaser Concert. We went to the venue, but there was some other artist playing that night. No one there had heard of Cat Chaser. All I ever found of them was online stories, many of which seemed almost too good to be true. The attempts I made to actually go see their shows were met with failure. I may have just got really unlucky, but I also wonder if this band actually existed, or was some fantasy invention of the early nineties internet that simply pretended to be real. EmmyMurder 83
A certain way to find out is probably to order a physical CD from that website and see how every article ties up to it. I mean, why would any music lover here pass on a track titled "Emotional Pee" Of course by all means we can assume the venue dates were mixed up (there's problems with that even now sometimes, even ticketmaster) and that somehow they managed to tell everyone, assuming their fans were not many and would most likely be close acquaintances. But my curiosity refuses to accept that~ It would also help to know how small local shows were handled those days, who keeps in check all the acts and their times, whether if there is any communication between heads and who work there, etc. Wow I barely recall a time before Internet either. ragtime 127
After a truly dumb excavation, I think I've confirmed that Cat Chaser Conspiracy, at least as a musical act, existed. No confirmation for the peeing. Here's the trail and attached is perhaps the only known song featuring "Moppet" the CCC model from WetSet. This is very long, sad, and has a disturbing revelation at the end. Read at your own risk. 1. Cat Chaser Conspiracy was founded by so-called FastCat and Cresta, but Moppet joined the band in 1997 at 14: Quote Cat Chaser Conspiracy- The sound is found 1997-2000 Fastcat was faced with trying to find the right singer for the band. The remaining 3 players decided to take a break until a singer was found. In 1997 Fastcat found a street gurl by the name of Moppet. and Quote Moppet Moppet was the purr-fect Cat Chaser Gurl. From her extreme beauty to her incredible vocals. She joined the band at age 14. Her voice has a remarkable range from dirty Punk to ambient Goth, she can bring tears to your eyes when you listen to 'Bloodlust'. Her voice is described as 'haunting'. Her voice is identical to Raynae's. Moppet is currently on a break from the band taking care of her son Reggie (named after Cat Chaser guitarist, Reggie Leach). 2. FastCat went by the following aliases: Adam d'Ravin, Adam Marlowe, J.R. Ploughman, Jesse Lee Cantrell, and I also know his real name, though I hesitate to post it here. 3. When you search Cat Chaser Conspiracy, you also get the following page of one Adam d'Ravin, with a long, sad story about the band. Here is an excerpt (relevant parts in bold): Quote Though his accomplishements are being an author of over 20 magical and esoteric books, 5 album releases from his band Cat Chaser Conspiracy, the first Goth band in the USA, his work making clothing and footwear and knives for movies, none of this contented him. All he wanted was to find his Princess, she whom he could love and lavish affection onto. She who would be his world. The two of them, alone, needing nobody else. He found one. Her name was Sylvia (Cresta in the band). He taught her to sing and made clothing for her. He developed and nurtured her. But alas, she had no love for him. He, being strongly psychic, knew this. All he wanted was her love. But she could not show it. Eventually she left. This tore Adam apart. He became despondant and turned to anger. he stayed alone for 2 years, resolving to die in his rat and cockroach infested little 1920's brownstone apartment. His old band, Cat Chaser went on hold as they could not find a female vocalist. They had been playing in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada for several years, and enjoyed the music scene there. In 1997, Adam came out of his shell. He walked into the world for the first time in 2 years. He looked around and saw Goth people like himself. He was well off and would give the street kids money and treat them nice. Soon they befriended him and he would teach guitar and they would gather at his little 'hell hole', as he termed it to listen to music and just hang out. But there was this one gurl (a spelling Adam coined). A dirty, ragged, scruffly little street gurl. She caught his eye. And he caught her's. She was the most beautiful gurl he ever saw. Her name was Jennifer and she was 14 years old. Adam named her 'Moppet', because she looked like a little street Moppet from the time of Dickens. He was older than her, but it was love at first sight. Neither of them would even talk to each other at first. They just flirted. It was Adam's first intense love. Slowly they began to talk and she would visit and he would dress her in Victorian and vintage finery and take her out and buy her dinner. They would sit for hours and talk, and she would listen to Cat Chaser tapes and sing along. On August 30, 1997, they sat out on the porch of the brownstone and talked. He asked her to sing for his band. Of course she said she did not know how to sing. He said he would teach her. She agreed. Then she said the most beautiful words he had ever heard, she said, ³I love you, will you marry me². He said yes. He thought they could do this immediately, for she had told him she was 17. So they bought a van for $3,500 cash and packed up and moved to NY. They stayed at the recording studio there for a short while and then moved to a nice apartment atop a house in Tacoma Washington. Things were perfect between them. They were so much in love. It was his first girlfriend. He was overjoyed. They had a baby on August 8, 1998. They named him Reginald David after Adam's best friend and his brother. Reggie was and still is the apple of Adam's eye. They recorded in NY and Tacoma and performed a few small venues. By now, Moppet was a great singer. 4. I should have followed that trail first, but didn't, partly because the Angelfire site hurt my eyes. But I did go down another weird path and found the Ploughman alias. J.R. Ploughman was a gnostic-minded Holy Grail conspiracy-theorist, and contributed to a book about it. From the about the authors section for the The Book of the Holy Grail, supposedly authored by Joseph of Arimethea and translated by the third president of these United States, with an introduction by Ploughman: Quote J.R. Ploughman, author of Keys to the Quest, by right of inheritance and lineage, is a very private person, being the current Patriarch of the Merovingian Gnostic Church, Order of the Holy Grail, and the current Grand Master of the Strict Observance—Knights Templar/Illuminati, The United Orders of the American Rite. He is married to a Grail Princess and has two sons, Edward 16 and Reginald 11 months. J.R. has been a writer and publisher of rare esoteric books since 1975. He is a staunch libertarian and defender of First and Second Amendment rights. He has written, published and edited many traditional magickal books as well as penned some Discordian/ Erisian texts of bombastic humor. His current and most engrossing project is his band, Cat Chaser Conspiracy, a blend of punk, goth, and babydoll music. Ploughman also made civil war boots, and uses a FastCat email in the Civil War reenactor community of 1998: Quote J.R. Ploughman: [email protected] - Civil War bootmaker Apparently he did a great job making period boots using the practices of the time. 5. FastCat went by Jesse Lee Cantrell. From his 2006 blog: Quote We played parties and a place called the Church, an abandoned church turned into a club. Cresta (singer) was the grungiest gurl I met until my first real gurlfriend. Dang, I liked that sweat and female scent.. I’m diehard pheremone now, toss that soap, deoderant and sprays out the winder… Or I be sniffin elsewhere. We recorded ‘Undead- the Adam d’Ravin Project’, live at clubs between seattle and Morgantown WVa from 90-92. Hard core Goth/Grunge mix. I lost her in 95 and went into deep despair. Then in 97 I met JenniferLynn and it were luv at furst site. We recorded ‘Gothika- the Adam d’Ravin Project’ in 98 in our studio in NY and some live stuff. ‘Bloodlust- the Adam d’Ravin Project’ was recorded live at The Crypt in 98 ( I think). At the time I was well off into my country Southern rock career, so added some of those songs as well as 3 Goth/Grunge songs I did in 2001. Bloodlust is the book I wrote about JenniferLynn, and the book comes with a soundtrak. 6. Through a combination of search terms, I have determined that FastCat has died this year. 7. Attached is the track "Bloodlust" with Moppet AKA JenniferLynn on vocals. It appears on the Cat Chaser Conspiracy CD A Little Taste of Pussy—More to Cum. This is where the alias Adam Marlowe is attached, in the description of the song: Quote That was easy to answer, but difficult to convey. Quite simply, it was the song (Bloodlust), and more importantly the line, “Take my hand, come with me.” This and the fact that it was sung by my Lady Jennifer was the entire impetus behind the book. Yes dear friends, there really is an Adam d’Ravin and Lady Jennifer. The two main characters in the book are the actual performers of the music. 8. Here's the most disturbing part of all of this. FastCat sought to marry Moppet in 1998, according to his own telling, but ran into a problem in that she was merely 15 and needed parental permission. By 1998, Wet Set had published up to issue 20. Meaning that Moppet appeared in Wet Set when she was either 14 or 15 for the first time. Unsurprisingly, you cannot buy issue 15 anymore, the one she first appears in. Number 24 came out before April 1999, which means that Moppet was probably still under 18 in that issue. The first Moppet photoset, 83, came out sometime in 2000, like also underage. You can still purchase this one (and 24). bloodlustgothic+bloodlust.mp3 tennyson, BridgeTroll, GoldenG8 and 5 others 8 Quote Link to comment

scinosensation 543
@rachelkirwan I agree this thread is one of the best researched ever. I had heard of a Seattle Punk band in the '90's, before the internet that matches the description of Cat Chaser Conspiracy, with a great deal more information than I knew about. There was also Canadian band that I learned was called Rockbitch, which incorporated wetting into their stage act, as a sign of liberation. there is a Russian band Tatu that also incorporates wetting. Then there is the Swedish group Crucified Barbara. They have broken up but their first album "In Distortion We Trust" includes one notable song. A video of a performance including this song used to be, as in is no longer, available on YouTube. TVGuy 10,657 Posted June 30, 2017 🌟 OmoOrg VIP Share Posted June 30, 2017 I don't know why I am so fascinated by Cat Chaser... I think perhaps because it straddles the line between fantasy and reality, with the truth somewhere in the middle. On one hand, we know that there was at least some reality to the existence of the band. There were lyrics, there are very poor recordings of their music, and pictures of the band that appeared in Wetset. However, I showed up on two separate occasions in the 90's to see their concerts in person, as listed by their website and promoted by Patches and Wetset, only to find that they were not playing at the venue listed and no one at the venue was familiar with them. Many of the stories of the band, especially stories related to the audience, seem too good to be true and read more like a fantasy. Based on the well researched post that @ragtime provided, what makes most sense to me is that Cat Chaser really did exist, in at least some form, but the reality of the band collided with myth and it is now impossible to separate the two. I can image how this FastCat guy, having formed the band and wanting to promote it, may have fabricated these someone fantastical stories in order to garner attention. Perhaps some of the supposed shows they performed were also fabricated, maybe in an attempt to make it easier to book more gigs by appearing to have a successful history. How much is real, and how much is fantasy, is really tough to pin down. How many shows did they really perform? It is also worth noting that The Church in Seattle was a very real music venue popular with grunge bands of the 90's. At the EMP in Seattle there is a lot of memorabilia from The Church, including a notebook that served as a kind of hand written guestbook purporting to log all the groups that performed there. It includes such groups as Nirvana, and many other less popular bands, but Cat Chaser was not among them. tennyson and Xeno_ 2 Quote Link to comment

avery 2
@ragtime, I might go with "creep", or "perv", but not in the endearing sense like most level headed individuals with any trace of a moral compass like we have on here. Its kind of amazing how weird this story gets if you go digging. FastCat has 6 aliases. He was described by a semi-famous actress who apprenticed under him as a boot maker in Ontario as "a free man on the land, which means he holds no passport, obeys no laws, and he kinda just floats from the States to Canada". He's lived in more that 7 states and 2 countries. He has massive self images of grandeur, proclaims he invented American Gothic rock despite there being very little trace of any band he was ever in, claims he coined the spelling of girl as gurl, and claims he has written over 10 books that no one has ever heard of. From your research he's most likely a pedophile, and he seems to have an uncomfortable obsession with the south "rising again" and the confederacy in general (probably racist). I think Cat Chase Conspiracy was probably a band in some form. They probably played some shows and did some recordings, but they were ultimately unmentionable in the grand history of music. I don't believe the live wetting ever happened. GG Allin comes to mind as an artist who was known for his scatological live shows. As a result, he was notorious. Cat Chaser Conspiracy on the other hand? I'm a huge punk music fan, and I'd be pressed to find anyone who has ever heard the name. This was supposedly a band who people were lining up around the block to see. I also bet they didn't perform under the name Cat Chase Conspiracy (perhaps it was Bloodlust), or there would be a record somewhere of them playing somewhere. The angel fire pages were probably put up in a time when there wasn't a lot of solid record keeping or fact checking happening on the internet, and you could more or less get away with saying and fabricating anything.
