Majesty 25
Here you go - I managed to rip this on my phone before it got taken down. There are actually quite a few apps that allow you to download documents and move them around. I typically use Video Downloader by Appsneon and then either stick it in VLC for iOS and download it my machine using the web server feature, sync with your machine and grab it from the app's documents in iTunes or upload it to Dropbox and grab it from there. You arrived to kick ass and chew bubblegum. Thank you so much! Quote Link to comment

Hi - techy question! How do you manage to make this work on Youtube? I have the app you mention (on iOS) and it simply pops up a message saying it can't download Youtube vids due to 'terms of service.' How have you managed to get it round that?! Quote Link to comment
Wetrnl 139
Take the 11-digit video ID and paste it in this URL https:/ /youtube.com / embed / <video id> Also works when vids are age restricted. Quote Link to comment
iancress 120
Wetrnl has the best solution for that particular app right now. These apps often play catch-up with YouTube as they make technical changes every now and again. An app update usually follows soon thereafter and things work as normal again. For a bit. Until the cycle repeats. The other alternative is to cycle your apps as there appear to be a few very similar ones that use the same underlying code. I'm currently using Video Downloader Pro (but free should be okay too) by Royaldevs as they currently work with YouTube vids through the conventional method. I prefer it a bit less as they don't support so many video formats natively but the convenience factor for downloading videos is still there. I generally just hop between those two as they are updated. Quote Link to comment
