Begging to be untied because I'm peeing

My wrists are tied up to the door knob, and I am sitting on the floor, on a dress with no panties on, trying to hold my bladder. I beg desperately for someone to untie me so I can go to the bathroom. I scream and no one answers, so I start peeing a big powerful stream on the floor downards the camera. I feel ashamed of myself, my butt soaked in pee, just sitting there, hopeless.
