Walkthrough here! This one is tough to figure your way out through if you can't read Japanese, because you have to unlock scenes in a certain order. As such, if you've already progressed through part of the game and aren't able to unlock something the guide says you should be able to, please check that you have cleared ALL flags and events prior to that point in the guide. It's a lengthy game, relatively speaking!

Controls: Arrow keys for movement (when controlling characters, as well as selecting options, including on the title screen). Enter or Z to select and advance text. Esc for back and to open the menu. RIGHT shift to enter search mode -- you'll need to do this every time you start a level from the title screen or you may not be able to find the flags and event triggers you need! If you can't find a flag or trigger and are sure you've cleared everything up to that point, double check you've got search mode on.

Full guide below. Spoilers for the omo scenes, and light spoilers for the plot but I don't get into it too much.

Spoiler

You can't view the Closed Room until you've done both Hang Out and Omo Event, so we'll start there.

-HANG OUT: PROLOGUE-

You'll start out as the big brother, Iori. Check the trash bin to observe that the garbage is full. Choose the first option to set up a flag for later. With that done, go downstairs into the living room to talk to your little sister, Miyako. Leave the room and she'll come talk to you again. After that, go to the door and choose the first option (which is that you're ready to go).

When you leave, you can go to the convenience store (right next to your house). Choose the first option to go there. Talk to your sister and choose the first option to set up a flag for later. Leave the convenience store. On the way to your destination, you'll get a dialogue option but it doesn't matter which one you choose.

Go to the restaurant and choose the first option to go inside. You have some dialogue with Miyako and can then walk around freely. Go talk to Miyako. When the blue "CHECK!" appears, talk to her again. Choose the second option to unlock another flag. Then go to the red "CHECK!" to order your food (first option). Your dialogue option when you talk to Miyako doesn't matter. Play through until you're brought back to the title screen.

-OMO EVENT: BEGINNING-

Now you're playing as Miyako. To get your first ending, go downstairs and just use the toilet (first option). Anticlimactic of course... but now we start to finally unlock real omo events!

Go back to Omo Event. Go to Iori's room (first option to enter) and wake him up (I think either option is fine). Now you'll be able to interact with the computer in Miyako's room. Do so and select the first option. Play through until there's a cutscene with a witch. You're now controlling the cursor and can change things (select the sparkling items and choose the first option). Which ones you change will determine the event you get -- note that ultimately you must get all five events to move on to the next phase of the game.

Event 1: During the scene with the witch, just wait for the timer to go out. Miyako will be a little desperate, but will easily make it to the bathroom.

Event 2: Stick the toilet lid, but don't stick the door. She will wet herself off screen.

Event 3: Stick the door, but don't stick the toilet lid. Though she leaks, she'll make it... just barely.

Event 4: Stick the toilet lid AND the door. She won't notice the lid is down until it's too late...

Event 5: Interact with the sink, toilet, AND door. This time she notices the lid is shut and goes to pee in the sink.

-CLOSED ROOM: BEGINNING-

You're now playing as an as-yet-unidentified character. Text Miyako (hit enter) until the phone image disappears. Try to leave the room. You'll end up in bed. Now you can interact with the computer. Go to the mirror. Choose the second option to watch a cutscene.

Go back to the closed room and interact with the computer again, then go to bed. Now you'll get a new title screen which features a scene replay mode under "map" (which is navigated with the cursor instead of the arrow keys btw). Click the arrow to get the screen that says Omo Event and then click the green box that says OPEN to be able to rewatch any of the events from the Omo Event section.

-HANG OUT: BEGINNING-

Assuming you didn't miss any flags earlier, you can start at the restaurant (third option -- first is start from the beginning and second is start from the convenience store). Order your food and talk to Miyako (what you say still doesn't matter). She'll go to the bathroom and then you'll go to another destination, of your choosing. I recommend saving on the road screen before choosing your destination, for your convenience, because you will ultimately have to view all three to progress.

The destinations are all basically cutscenes right now and have no omo. On the right is the river beach, up is the game shop, and left is the movie theater.

-CLOSED ROOM: PART DEUX-

Talk to the cat and choose the first option. In the new room, talk to the girl there (I chose the second option but I'm not sure if it matters). Go through both open doors, which unlock new possibilities in "the other world."

Leave the door room and go over to the corner where the blue "CHECK!" appears to watch a memory between Miyako and Iori. The top one is the only one unlocked right now. It's from when Miyako and Iori first became siblings (i.e., they're not blood-related). These memories are not omo related, but you have to watch all three to complete the game.

Now go down to the wall with the yellow "CHECK!" icon to watch more memories, but these ones are omo memories. You should have all three, so go ahead and watch them now. In the first one, which takes place shortly after the memory we just watched, Miyako has an extremely close call and needs help due to her fever. In the second, she can't hold it until Iori finishes in the bathroom and uses a bucket... only to wake up, realize she was starting to wet the bed, and then wet it completely while awake. The third focuses on Miyako's friend Akiho desperate in class and ultimately wetting herself waiting for a stall to open up.

When you've viewed all these, hit the escape key and choose the third option (to title).

-OMO EVENT: PART DEUX-

Go to the computer and select the top option. Now you get your first "world divergence" option: construction work. If you select no you can view the events from earlier, but since we're trying to unlock new things, select yes. Soon you'll get the second option for world divergence: whether the trash bin is empty (select yes again). I think you can see where this is going.

Event 6: When the first part of the gaming cutscene is over, just wait for the timer to run out. She'll go back to the computer, later rushing downstairs. She just barely makes it to the bathroom and doesn't even have time to pull down her underwear.

Event 7: When the first part of the gaming cutscene is over, have Miyako look at the garbage bin. Select the first option. Later she'll sit over it "just in case" while doing a boss fight before ultimately peeing into it.

-HANG OUT: PART DEUX-

Start at the convenience store (second option). You can now set a flag by talking to the cashier. When you leave, you'll be brought back to the title screen.

-CLOSED ROOM: PART TROIS-

You can now watch the second (regular) memory. This one features Miyako and Iori getting to know one another some more. Look at the witch's hat out the window. Now go to the cat to get to the door world. The other two doors are now open, so go through them to unlock new divergences.

-OMO EVENT: FINAL-

Start the computer game with Miyako's friend. You'll get a divergence option for an energy drink (yes), then for construction (yes), and next for the garbage bin being empty (yes -- but don't interact with it during the break). After a while of playing, Miyako will decide to run to the convenience store. You'll get the opportunity to save, which I'd recommend taking, unless you reeeeally like sitting through the lengthy computer cutscene...

Event 8: When Miyako tries to run to the convenience store, there's another divergence option asking if the floor is slippery. Select "yes" and on her way out, she'll slip on it. Before she can get up, she starts wetting herself.

Event 9: Select "no" to the floor being slippery. Now she'll run back home. You get to decide if the construction has gone long. If you say no, the guy is just wrapping up... but Miyako can't hold it that long!

Event 10: Select "no" to the floor being slippery, then "yes" to construction going long. When she leaves the bathroom, go up to her bedroom and investigate the garbage bin. She tries to pee in that, but when she gets interrupted and tries to stop, she ends up wetting herself anyway...

Event 11: Again select "no" to the floor being slippery and "yes" to construction going long. This time go to her bedroom and just let the timer run out. At the last moment, Iori comes in to offer her a rolled up bath towel. It's not enough, but she can't stop it!

-HANG OUT: PART TROIS-

Start at the beginning (first option). Go talk to Miyako. When she's getting ready, you're able to go into her room. Look at the bear on her shelf for a flag. Talk to her, then go out to the front door. At this point you can go back to the title, as the game will remember you got that flag.

-CLOSED ROOM: FINAL-

Investigate the teddy bear that has now appeared here and choose the first option to look at it, which shows you another memory of Iori picking it out. Watching this will unlock a few more things in here.

Go to the phone in the corner and text Miyako some more. Then watch the third past event, which primarily features Miyako and Akiho... and some plot things. After watching it, go back to the title and come back, and you can now talk to the computer. Now go back to the title again and get ready to unlock the last omo scene!

-HANG OUT: FINAL-

Start from the beginning (first option). Go to the living room and you are presented with an option. The top one puts you on the old route and the bottom one puts you on a new (omo) route. Talk to Miyako, then go to Iori's room. When you leave, go to the restaurant.

What ensues is basically Miyako getting thwarted every time she goes to the bathroom... because magic. If you like really long desperation, you'll enjoy this, and if not there are a few save points so you can watch the wetting later without having to do the whole thing again. It's basically a cutscene, and after she wets herself, that's the end of the omo content. But if you're a completionist (or actually reading the story), there's a little more to unlock yet. I also am pretty sure you'd have to complete the game to get the omo memories back in the Closed Room if that's something you want to be able to watch, because next time you enter will be an event.

After the cutscene, you'll be back in the Closed Room. Go to the refrigerator (by where the omo memories were) and investigate that. Then go back to bed. After the cutscene go to the mirror and watch some more cutscenes.

-FUTURE-

Go wake up Iori. Choose "yes" to the mystery divergence. Talk to him after he wakes up. Go downstairs to the living room and now find the new door that opened up (north wall next to the bookshelf). Choose the first option to go through the door.

-CLOSED ROOM: EPILOGUE-

Go to the door that's where the mirror used to be. Watch the cutscenes. Walk down the path... Now in door world, talk to the door. Enter search mode and you'll see a new door where she used to be standing. Go through it and find Miyako on a bench to the right.

You'll come back to the Closed Room. Try to go to the wall where the memories used to be (either omo or regular) and the cat will appear. Talk to the cat. Go to one of the walls again and the cat will appear in a new place. Talk to the cat again. Go to the walls again, then talk to the cat again. More cats will appear. Try talking to all of them. After the cutscene, go to the phone.

Now one by one, investigate each open door. Then talk to Miyako.

Go to the entryway and pick the first option (open the door). Go through the cutscene.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong because when I start the game in the house, I can't check the garbage can at all.

Okay, now I'm stuck. I did all the flags in part one and peed on the toilet as Miyako, but after doing all of those things, when I interact with the computer, nothing happens. And when I use the toilet as Miyako, I get a Game Over screen, is that really supposed to happen?

Yeah, you were supposed to get the game over screen after using the toilet.

You say you're trying to interact with the computer but nothing happens -- are you in Omo Event? The computer in her room should have a red "CHECK!" by it and if you choose the first option she'll start waiting for her friend to log on. You can also try waking up Iori (the brother) first to see if that makes any difference -- go to his room (first option to enter) and wake him up (I don't think the option you pick matters; it decides if you wake him up nicely or by pinching him iirc). I was able to use the computer right away, but it's possible waking him up set some kind of flag I wasn't aware of.

Okay, looks like that's the thing. I had to wake him up first. If I don't do that, the check at the computer remained gray instead of red, and if I interact with the computer when the check is gray I just get some message then no choices.

Interesting, thanks for the update! I'll add that into the guide.

Full guide below. Spoilers for the omo scenes, and light spoilers for the plot but I don't get into it too much.

Im not sure is it right or not, but when I enter the events 1-3 there are no CGs showing

Also I cannot get into event 4 and 5 somehow with the methods you wrote

I'm having a problem where I can get the first 3 omo events but not the last 2 (in the first 5 omo time ones), the brother shows up and it ends there and I guess she doesn't have an accident? If I check the event there's on the first 3 filled in.

Likewise, though I have gotten to see each once when I was messing around the game before the guide came out.  No idea how to replicate or if seeing them once bugged it somehow?  (Unless I'm remembering from this version and not the ENG MT one I'm playing now...)

Also in the restaurant bit in Hangout: Prologue when the blue Check! appears I just get some dialogue and no choices to make.  I can't read Japanese but in the Map section there is a Flag box outlined in blue--is this a missed flag for me?  Is the box down one and left one from the green Open.

I've got through the events part somehow, by using the trick of moving save files to the Japanese version and back.

I tested as well and it does run properly in the original version, so just need to playback in the Map to see the dialog if needed

Now I'm stuck at one of the last flag, the one you see only clicking the arrow at bottom left, and its the one on top right corner

im confused how do i get scenes 4 and 5 on eng mt version? i do what the the comments said but it just keeps ending with thats right the lord do it its a difficult thing and it ends without anything else please help

there seems to be no way at the moment to get scenes 4 and 5 in eng mt yet, but you can do it in the Japanese version which works the same way

simply copy 2 save files from the eng mt to original ver save file, save99 (that is the progress save) and a save at the witch part if you want to save some time, or of course you can start from beginning

when finished, move the save99 back to the eng mt version, and you can watch the playback there if you wish to see the event in english
