About This File

Plot Outline

While enjoying a field trip, five ordinary students suddenly find themselves stranded in an unfamiliar world. But it soon turns out that they might not be quite as ordinary as they thought!

You play as Reguma, schoolboy and RPG expert, as he leads his four cute schoolgirl classmates through a grand adventure in a fantastical realm, battling against demon hoards and fulfilling an ancient prophecy. But facing long treks, exhausting fights and sticky situations, will these girls be able to keep their underwear dry?

I'm so anxious to play the next translated version of this game. (Whether or not you like the omorashi parts, it's still a good game.) If anybody knows what everyone says in the throne room and where to go next, give me a reply.

Success! Curiously and tentatively so, but still. The current version of Mojikue works on mobile!

Forsome reason the first time I extracted the zip file (with the locale emulator on Japanese), it only exported about 2/3 of everything. The second extraction went fine, but the game still didn't appear in Neko RPGXP's list, until I found a strange fix. I removed the Game.ini file from the folder and replaced it with the same file from the old Demo E version, and now it works fine (although I'm constantly paranoid while playing lol). I don't quite understand how that worked, with how little info actually appeared whenever I opened said .ini file, but hey if it works it works. It even runs overall faster than the Demo version. The only other fixes needed were to edit quite a few of the images in the Pictures folder, because some of them have changed from transparent to black-background. (Side note: the "tears" overlays look borderline horrifying when that's all that appears, like little beady eyes). So I'm currently editing images with the Background Eraser app (easiest way to do it), and had already updated a number of images from the Demo E version. I also had to change Neko's second button setting from S to Shift to get the party interaction/sort inventory button working.

But other than those little fixes, as of right now, Mojikue in it's most current form is playable on Android mobile devices with GameBoy-esque peripherals! If that concept is interesting enough maybe I could give a full walkthrough of it, but I'm just glad to finally be able to enjoy the full(est) game.

Alright, I have 7Zip installed on my computer, I did notice however that the already downloaded Mojique file was linked to WinZip, the problem that was reoccurring, turns out I had a free trial when I got this computer a while back, I have seen videos on how to unzip files using this software, and I followed the steps, but I didn't see 7Zip when I Rclicked on the file, just WinZip, *sigh* another setback.

If 7Zip doesn't appear when you right click the file, you should be able to launch 7Zip itself and use the buttons within to locate the file and extract it. It's been a while since I used it but if I remember right (and they haven't radically changed it) there should be plenty of options in the program itself to deal with files, the right-click method is just an easy shortcut. Although, if you're on Windows, right-clicking the file should offer a simple "Extract All" option, unless Winzip overrides that, in which case you should be able to set the default ZIP app by going to Settings>System>Default Apps.

If you're not sure how to save in general, you just walk up to a Red Mailbox (can't remember if you can use them before the tutorial for them) and press C (or, the Circle button if you haven't changed the input settings in the app). You can also use a [Mysterious Pen] item from your inventory to save anywhere, and the game will automatically prompt you to save before certain, ~events~.

If you know how to save but it doesn't seem to want to, I'm afraid I can't offer any real solution at the moment. Unless a file was corrupted during the download or extraction, using the above methods will create a .rxdata save file inside the main game folder.

Trash, I have finally gotten the game and I am doing my initial playthrough of the latest version (March 2020) I would like to point out, that I found a single piece of untranslated text said by Tomochi, see, I had just unlocked her CG out of battle omorashi scene, it came upon me that her yellow bar was half full, so I bought some black tea to make it go a little faster, combined with a frostbite zone, she had the accident right after fighting the Sukomi Z crab thing (although I haven't played Sukomi Z) I was able to see the CG scene, and tomochis comment on it was that it felt warm at first, but it was starting to get cold, ya know, but I went to the midlands without changing her clothes, I pressed Z and chose tomochi to see what she would say, however the text was Japanese, I found this right before we all learn that Nyanko hates long lines, just a quick thing I wanted to point out. After that, I changed her clothes, it is also kinda weird how she looks like she enjoys having an accident like that, I am not the only one to comment on that though, the youtuber I mentioned said that as well.

Where exactly does this conversation take place? Is it right after Nyanko hates long lines, because that is when the heavenly maidens are chatting with the princess about some secret lab. (sorry for spoilers)

I'm playing on my phone using neko rpgxp player, and I can't save my progress please help me

Oh, I should also mention, for you or any others who want to play this game with Neko RPG: *Prepare for graphical issues*

I don't quite know what causes it, because they aren't actual errors or anything that'll cause a crash. But some/many elements of the world (depending on the area and/or map) will not render. The effect usually hits scenery objects, namely furniture such as in the church's library or most of the laboratory, but can also affect certain map terrain. The most strongly-impacted maps are those of the Mahai Mountains, everything but the grass and trees don't render at all, leaving much of the map veiled behind a black void whose emptiness is only rivaled by that of my heart when I reach the end of what's been translated ಥ_ಥ. However it is traversable by using YouTube playthroughs, namely Sean Sainley's.

On top of that, a whole buttload of images under the Pictures folder were un-transparencied when I extracted them, to where I had to manually edit each one, which again isn't game-breaking but very annoying.

I'm not sure what causes said issues, or whether you'll even experience them (hopefully not). I tried multiple downloads, different file apps for extraction, extracting with and without locale emulation, and even switching to new phone (which I got for non-related reasons lol). All of the above issues persist, so my best guess is that Neko is far from perfect (which is evident by it often slowing down in large maps or after 20+ minutes of playing without saving), and I have no clue as far as the image transparency goes.

So yeah, keep an eye out for those issues if you play with Neko RPG, hopefully they were just some bad luck on my end. I look forward to the next update!

Depending on which file manager app you use, the steps to properly extract it vary. I've only done it with two apps:

EASY WAY: If you're using the File Manager app published by Xiaomi Inc (very much recommended here), just long press on the zip file, tap Encoding, and select Shift-JIS (refer to some of the previous comments to explain why that particular setting). Then it should extract fine.

HARD WAY: If you're using ES File Explorer (which apparently is discontinued or at least not available on newer Androids), it's a *lot* more involved. It requires enabling USB debugging on your phone, installing Android Studio, installing a locale emulation app, and using a PC to grant access, before you can actually extract the files. It's much easier to use the other method above.

*I can't say that either of those methods hold true for any other given file manager app*

Those corrupted filenames are caused by the game files being written and named with characters that aren't all within ASCI, and cause issues on English-based systems (unless I'm not entirely correct, in which case please correct me). If you use the first method I mentioned, and extract the files to your KernysGSS (or whatever it is) folder, you'll be almost good to go. As I mentioned in my first comment on this thread, for some reason I needed the .game file out of the original English Demo version (which isn't locale-locked at all, so no special methods needed to extract it). That should get you going, hopefully you don't face the graphics issues I mentioned in my last comment.

Hi everyone, I felt like posting my 100% save file (all nymphs, all Omo-scenes unlocked, all P-scenes, all classes max level, all 4 end gold trophies, 21000+ ren ... ).

Feel free to use it if you want to know what lies beyond in this amazing game (you can find it on slot 24)!

(Also can't wait to this project to finish, keep up the good work! 😉)

Slight error in my last comment, ignore the ".game" file, you actually want the "Game.ini" file, which I'll just upload here. If the game doesn't appear in Neko's list, replace the existing Game.ini file in the game's main folder with this one below (needs to be the same filename of course). Not sure why this works or is required to begin with, but it does/is.

Game.ini

I'm repeatedly impressed how many new mechanics and features are constantly being unlocked, and the one in this update is no exception.

(And for any other mobile players, if you experience invisible props like I do, the pedestal for certain [objects] you collect for this update's puzzle are directly below the big wooden doors, just go straight down from the center until you hit a clear block)

Also Trash, it seems that the class names on the left side of the Status menu still aren't translated, or at least they aren't in my game. Not sure if they're much of a priority or not though. Other than that the guard to the right of the stairs leading up to the Princess's throne room has an untranslated comment, but I believe that's it.

For someone who is curious but hasn't been paying that much attention, what new mechanics and features have been added? I played this a bit wayyy back, before the "2nd half' was released.

Well, in my comment I mean the features that you unlock as you progress. I'm not sure that any features have actually been added since the new translation started (as of now (to my knowledge) the game is complete, but only mostly translated). But as you progress through the story you gain access to all sorts of new things that either add some fun or make big changes to gameplay. As far as what all's available now that wasn't in the old Demo version, I'm not really sure. I'd say get this most current version, and see for yourself.

I think there may be a glitch (?) the game. I'm currently at the dungeon right after getting Hime, and I've purchased face icons for the 4 girls.

I completed the "turn your back to a statue" trial, with the text that I completed it appearing after stepping on the button.

After that, I went down the hallway to the right and flipped a switch.

After that, I completed the pillar puzzle, unlocking the gate.

After completing the box puzzle, getting rid of the statues blocking the way, I interacted with the statue at the end. It said there was a switch, and that I could press it.
I did, and a cutscene showed the button at the very entrance of the dungeon. It didn't turn blue. When i tried going over there to step on it, nothing happened.

I reloaded an earlier save and tried to do the puzzles again, but nothing happened.

Does anyone have a save right after that dungeon?

Did you Do the puzzles on the other side of the dungeon?
If not, it won't turn blue until you complete the pillar and box pushing puzzles
