Hi, this is a little game I made.

I was inspired by the lottery style games at milovana-com and wanted to make one of my own, but I'm fairly nonsocial and didn't want to ask for registration on their reddit.

I'm an amateur game dev (loosely using this term, I've made nothing else and have no real experience), so I decided to try to throw something together in GMS2.

Here's the gist of it, you roll dice, you go to a page, you follow instructions, eventually the game will end (time varies, could be a 1 page game, could take upwards of an hour). You might get some sexual satisfaction out of it at the end, you might not, it's a lottery.

This game is made to my own tastes, so sorry if you don't like it, I know that not everybody will but I wanted to share this because maybe someone else will like it.

The content is heavily female-subject biased, but there are some male bodies depicted as well, just far less than female. Again, personal preference, sorry.

I don't own any of the art aside from the Continue button and the dice. I made those :) (credit for all other art goes to their respective artists).

Enjoy. And please let me know if this is violating any site rules or is in the wrong area or something, I've never uploaded a file before.

Or let me know if it doesn't work at all because I've also never had another computer try to run an exe made by GMS2 before and I'm not sure I did everything right. Worked fine for my computer though. You just need to extract all, then open the "Blank Window Panel" application (the name is so it can be easily stealthed in emergencies/interruptions).

Attempting to run using Wine, and I get a blank window. Saw something in the output that it might need DX11, so I installed that to the Wineprefix, but still blank. Any ideas what other dependencies I might be missing?

 

Don't have a native Windows machine to try it right now.

Unfortunately, I have no idea. I could try uploading it as an installer instead of a Zip (should be attached to this comment), but that's the only thing I can really think to change on my end.

It might also somehow be enabling its "Abort" mode on its own on opening? I keybound "X" in the game to change the window to a blank window for emergencies, "X" also sets it back to the game itself. But I'm not sure how that could get activated on its own.

I've only ever had/used Windows OS's, so other systems and the quirks of them are fairly unknown to me. Sorry if I've been no help, I'm still quite new to a lot of this stuff.

It's a possibility, I would just need to spend some time searching for more stuff tailored to that because, despite being into diapers, wetting, etc. I have very little in my personal collection for desperation pics; mostly just pics of the losing control.

 

But if given time, I could definitely make one more focused on making the player desperate and having the endings decide how you're allowed to feel relief.

For whatever reason, I can not edit my earlier comments on mobile, but an update to both of them.

For Linux issues, I am planning to purchase the license for gms2 for creating Linux exes as well as Windows and Mac; it is simply a matter of waiting for the right timing financially, then I'll update this file with those installers.

 

As for other projects, I plan on making a different type of game focused on holding and desperation more than edging and masturbation. And instead of a completely random setup, it will be structure like a game of Snakes and Ladders; also taking influence from Milovana games (I love rng games tbh).

I'm wholly open to any suggestions for other things in the future, but I make no guarantees. Feel free to DM me and I'll see if I can make things work, I'm finding this to be good practice for learning some of the basics in GMS2.

Glad to hear, but it might be a while. It might not. I really can't give any estimate on it because it's all dependent on my freetime and what I'm motivated to do/work on. Which, if I'm being completely honest, is mostly Smash Ultimate sicne I got a Switch.

I'm still working on a more strictly omo/desperation Snakes and Ladders game, but I'm still not at the amount of images I want (I'm personally looking for and curating what's going to be in it, and being into the subject matter adds another level of potential distractions), so I can't even begin ordering them on the board, writing out captions/instructions, etc yet. I can carry over a lot of how to make things work from this game (dice rolling, page changing), but I've still got a while to go.

Just saying all this because I want to be as blunt and transparent as possible when I say that I'm a person who is prone to juggling a bunch of unfinished projects at once and getting very distracted by my want to be good at certain vidya gaems (despite being generally bad at most competitive ones due to impulsivity).

Just don't want to get hopes high for it being anytime soon, but I'll make sure it's better than this game is once it's done.
