Policy updates regarding fictional content

Hello all!

I hope you all are enjoying yourselves as Halloween draws near!

This is just a short update regarding a recent addition to our Community Guidelines, specifically regarding fictional content. Please take the time to review and familiarize yourself with these changes moving forward.

Fictional content policies

These policies apply specifically to fictional content (artwork, comics, and writings) produced or shared on OmoOrg.

Content containing any of the following should not be posted on OmoOrg:

  • Works that fetishize any forms of graphical violence or abuse (e.g. rape scenario's, physical abuse, etc.)
  • Works that feature preadolescence children in any fetishized manner or otherwise involve them in sexually explicit situations
    • This policy does not apply to anime characters who are presented as teens in canon and so on. It specifically applies to using actual children in stories, not teens.
    • AB/DL works involving age-regression as a mechanic will generally remain exempt from this policy
  • Works directly featuring real-life individuals without their consent

In regards to artwork, moderators will judge works based on physical appearance rather than canonical age.

You can review the entire Community Guidelines with the new additions here:

If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please feel free to contact us either via Discord or using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

Okay, I think there's one bit of phrasing that needs clarification. This is a fetish website, what the hell does "use minors in any fetishized manner" mean?

I think it means including any minors in any sexual or fetishized works.

I, for one, am glad to see these changes be put into place. I think it's necessary to help keep the community clean from any bad stuff. Thanks for the update, Maki.

Now I have some stuff I gotta go through to make sure nothing I posted violates this. 😮

From what I've gathered on the Discord, it's referring only to characters whose young age is blatantly obvious (Nowi, Kanna Kamui, etc.) Characters that are more in the gray area like high school students and whatnot won't be targeted as much. Unfortunately, you and I both have works that fall into the former, so I'm wondering if those are going to be deleted retroactively as part of this policy change.

So, does this mean no more stories that feature real-life celebrities? Would my WWE series fall into that category?

Thanks for the update maki! Good to put this issue to rest. Just wondering if we expect that more things (that violate the policy) will be removed from the site in the coming days, or is this just going forward for new content?

Me too, but probably not for the same reasons as kitty Nikki...

i appreciate that we now have an impartial guideline to follow that makes it more clear to everyone what types of content are accepted on this site, which will prevent overzealous users from using hurtful labels and applying their own moral judgements on others.

I continue to maintain that content featuring minors is not universally ‘bad stuff🙄’, but appreciate that everyone can now move forward and argue about something else lolol

So, are all the omo-games/images with lolis going to be deleted, or is the policy not being retroactively enforced?

Does this mean my chibi animation about a Catholic high schoolgirl wearing diapers can't be uploaded here?

Okay, I'd like to suggest a different interpretation and enforcement of Rule 2. Considering that the second part of the rule is "otherwise involve them in sexually explicit situations", the first half could be better implemented as "no notably underage characters depicted in such a way that calls to attention their sexuality or excessively details their sexual functions and bodily parts". To use the sorts of works I've written, I certainly frequently depict underage characters, but the extent of their sexual appeal comes down to the base of the omorashi fetish as a whole, i.e. desperation and/or wetting/peeing. They are not engaged in (on page) sexual relations, there is no detail of their private body parts beyond what is necessary, no character views them in a sexual light. The way I see it, any further moderation is only applying discretion in ways that it does not deserve, as stories and art featuring fictional underage characters beyond "toddlercon" causes no harm, the base reason to ban certain depictions. Even the Japanese government, when faced with the recent UN proposal to criminalize a vague description of "sexualized underage characters", responded with (paraphrased) "it's a shame you decided that without allowing us to make our case, but it's not legally binding, so we'll keep on going the way we always have."

I agree, incredibly underage characters, or any underage character depicted in an inherently sexual light does raise concern, a simple loli falling victim to a natural bodily function is no grounds for rule enforcement. After all, the reason we omorashi fetishists are drawn to lolis and shotas as a whole is that, as children, they are more likely to become desperate and wet themselves, and a more natural story can unfold without bringing sexuality into the fold, the way members like me prefer it.

If this is the way the rule is meant to be read, then alright. If it's more of a brick-wall ban on underage content, then let it be known that I am in staunch opposition.

I'd also like to request that furries be held to a less stringent standard, or else that 6-year-old Cream the Rabbit story will raise some questions.

I recognize some people like to write and share content that is not sexual in nature to them and I respect your artistic freedom to write such things, but as this is an adult themed community and fetishism is the boards primary topic, I have to agree that this is not the best place for such works to be posted.

You'd think "no obvious children in your fetish fiction or art" would be pretty obvious. No bending things to interpret it in a way that "it's not sexual in nature so it doesnt count" because if it's an obvious child, like Kanna and similar characters as someone said above...the answer is probably no.

Like maki said, if its questionable, report it, it will be dealt with.
