Possibilities for bathroom line scenario at school.

Long girls bathroom line at school during passing time.

  1. 1. How long is passing time between classes?

  2. 2. You are one of those girls that is desperate to pee. How many stalls are in the bathroom you are heading towards?

  3. 3. Assuming all the stalls are currently occupied, how many girls are ahead of you in line?

I have a poll for possibilities involving a bathroom line at school between classes, but there are a few other questions below, because I can only do three questions on the poll.

But before we go there, the general guideliens are:

1)  Can't be late and can't go to the bathroom during class, and class periods are usually 50 to 55 minutes in length.

2)  Peeing on the floor, trash can, sink, water bottle, chair, or desk are not allowed.  Each girl either pees in a toilet, or can’t make it and pees in her pants.

3)  Cutting in line is not allowed, even if those at the front of the line are not as desperate as the ones at the back of the line, because there is a line for a reason, plus no one is allowed to be late.

4)  Each girl will need a minimum of one minute of time in the stall before exiting.  It may take longer, and may take a lot longer is somebody needs to do #2.  But for the purposes of this topic, we’ll assume everyone only has to do #1.

Here are the questions:

1)   How long is each class period, and the passing time between classes?  Optional:  How many class periods and how long is lunch hour? (You could make it two minutes between classes, or you could make it 20 minutes between classes, but something in between would probably be more realistic.)

2)  How many stalls are in each girls bathroom, and which one are these girls heading towards?  Also, between which class periods (ie 1st/2nd, 6th/7th) will this scenario occur?  (You could make it 1 stalls, or you could make it 100 stalls, but something in between would probably be more realistic.)

3)  How strict are the teachers about being late, or using the bathroom during class?  (In other words, how many tardies before disciplinary action is taken, and how many restroom passes are allowed per class per semester?)

4)  What is the age and grade classification at this school in question (preferably somewhere between the 6th and 12th grades, where any combination of grades (ie 6th/7th, 7th/8th, 6th through 8th, 9th through 12th, or even 6th through 12th).

5)  How long is the line at the bathroom?  What are the names of the girls in the line (can add age or grade if you want), and how desperate is each particular girl to use the toilet?  (The length of the line could be interesting depending on how long the passing time and how many stalls are in the bathroom.  In other words, a line of 6 in an 8-stall bathroom with a 10-minute passing time is not the same as a line of 6 in a 3-stall bathroom with a 5-minute passing time).

Other variables you could add (or not add) to make it interesting could be:

1)  What if one or more of the toilets is stopped up before or during this bathroom break between classes?  This can significantly alter the flow of the line and might make a difference people arriving to class late, and will there be an extra time allowance for situations like that?

2)  Girls are (or are not) allowed to pee in the sink, trash can, floor, water bottle, desk, chair, or somewhere else.  You could allow any or all (or none) of those possibilities, or go with my scenario where each girls either pees in a toilet or can't make it and pees in her pants.

3)  Should "cutting in line" be allowed?   Probably not, but it's your call.

The idea is for you to make a scenario where at least one girl within the line has a full bladder that is about to burst and is very close to peeing her pants and certainly cannot wait another hour.  But yet there are too many girls ahead of her in line for her to be able to pee and still get to class on time comfortably.  Most likely, she'll be late, or just barely get there on time.  In other words, the scenario should at least make it "somewhat difficult, but maybe not necessarily impossible" that "X" minutes (whether the X be 3, 5, 7, 10, or whatever) is enough time to 1) make it to a restroom (takes time)  2) wait in line (takes time)  3)   pee (takes time) and 4) get to class on time (takes time).   That doesn't even count locker time or time to wash and dry hands either.   We can have some fun with these scearios.

So...what shall I do now?:0

I don't know.  It depends on how desperate you are, and how long the bathroom line is and the number of toilets available and other things.

I see that you voted on the poll, but you could make up a scenario where you answer the questions I posted to the best of your ability to make the situation "interesting".

1) 1h class periods

5 minutes passing time between classes

→ There are 6 school-lessons with each having this little 5min break between.

1 15min break after the 2nd lesson

1 1h break after the 4th

2) 6bathriom stalls and 1 girls bathroom

Scenario plays betweenthe 5th lesson and 6th

3) there are only 3 times the teacher will allow going to the bathroom during class.

4) 11-18 ; 5th - 12th grade

5( there are 8girls

Let's call them: Laura[15], Rio[12],Flora[14] Emmeli[16],Lea, Leonie[17]Clara[16] and Lina[12]

4 of them look rather desperate, one looks really desperate

 I'm sure I'm doing wrong

It's not wrong.  I might have gone with only 3 or 4 stalls, but you still have a lineup of more girls than there are stalls.  But out of those 8 girls in line, which ones are at the front of the line, vs back, and which ones are the "rather desperate" and "really desperate"?  Also, if anyone is late, what will happen?

2 of the desperate girls are under the first 3 and the others at the end I'd say

This is btw inspired by our school and an actual scenario

Oh really?  What was the age of Lea?  And which one of those 8 appeared to be the "most desperate"?

Mh...Lea was 14 as well, I forgot to write down.

The most desperate is...uh...Flora..

Can I rename her to Luna tho?

I...use that name for literally everything XD

I guess so.  If you're listing them in order of the line, I assume that Flora (Luna) was third in line?

I didn't include myself in this text.

But I was there and I had a headache in the lessons before so I drank quite a lot.

That must have been a frustrating experience for you, especially if you were extremely desperate and had 4 or more girls ahead of you in line.  I have another example I've been working on that I'll put on a blog entry in at some point (don't know exactly when), but I want to make sure everything is worded right, and easy to understand first, because once it goes public, I don't think I can change it.
