Toshiro Hitsugaya, proud Captain of the 10th Squad, was currently biting his tongue to prevent his temper from spilling over in front of multiple people in his squad. His lieutenant had gone above and beyond in wetting him off today.

Instead of simply skipping out on her paperwork like normal, she had totally taken over his desk, feet on it and all, and was currently applying her makeup in a mirror. Using his caligraphy brush!

Sensing Toshiro staring at her, Rangiku finally looked up and put on her usual smile. "Oh, good morning, Captain! I didn't see you at breakfast. Were you not hungry? Breakfast is-!"

"Save it, Matsumoto." He said sternly, taking a deep breath to calm himself. "What are you doing to my desk and my brush? Don't you have a makeup brush?"

"Of course, but Yumichika-chan is borrowing it! So I have to use this!"

"Leave. I have a bunch of work to finish up today and I can't have you in here distracting me."

"Awwww, okay, spoilsport!" Rangiku simply giggled and jumped out of his chair, leaving the brush but taking her mirror with her. "I'll get you some tea so you can better concentrate, okay?~"

Before Toshiro could decline or accept that offer, Rangiku had already left his office, taking her subordinates with her by promising them all free drinks.

Toshiro sat down in his seat and sighed wearily and put his head down. Having eaten a full breakfast of eggs, rice, and nearly an entire pot full of green tea, he was alert and ready to focus on the massive amount of paperwork he had to finish.

Thankfully, the paperwork itself wasn't that bulky, he simply had to sign several things and answer some last-minute questions. A piece of cake that'd take the rest of the morning, tops.

Not wishing to waste any more precious time, he sat up and started working on the first paper in the stack, one of the few left over that was actually only half-done.

As he worked, he soon grew aware of a certain pressure building up between his legs that would be unwelcome any time of the day, but was certainly unwelcomed today. Already he cursed having so much tea at breakfast, and now his lieutenant was preparing more for him....but he didn't have to drink it, of course! And the sheer assumption that a captain of all things would be distracted by something as primal as that....nonsense! Nevertheless, he found his brush writing a bit more diligently after that realization.

Once he had two of the most important documents out of the way, he leaned back in his chair and stretched, then cracked his knuckles and started working on the third, still ignoring the ever-growing pressure in his bladder.

As he worked, a soft voice announced they were coming into his office and entered, the owner of the voice being his childhood friend, Momo.
"Hi, Shiro-chan! What are you working on?" She asked politely, walking over to his desk.

"Something important. Go away." He directed, not even looking up from his paperwork.

"Oh, did Rangiku-san say she was getting you tea? Because I saw her in Squad 10's cafeteria a few minutes ago, upset because the water wasn't boiling fast enough." She looked over worriedly at the door. "You might want to check on her."

"She's fine." He insisted, crossing his ankles under his desk.

"When you're finished with your work, did you want to go someplace with me? They recently remodeled the bookstore in the entertainment district, we could go there!"

"Maybe. Now go away." He flicked his eyes up at her, and she sighed and started to turn away.

"You're always working so hard! Don't you ever take a break to have fun?"

"I'm a captain. I have to be responsible and protect my squad, not play around in a bookstore." He placed the third sheet of paper on top of the other two.

"Fine..." Momo left him alone as he wished, albeit very reluctantly.

Finally alone again, Toshiro took a moment to tighten his crossed ankles, still cursing himself for all the tea he drunk that morning. It didn't help that since he had ice powers, his whole body acted as if he was one big ice-cube, meaning he had to pee far more frequently than the average Soul Reaper due to cold weather's diuretic abilities. Plus, any urge he felt was magnified up to a hundred.

Since he was by himself, he uncrossed his ankles and tightly crossed his legs, promising his body he'd take a break once he got halfway through his work pile. He had approximately twenty papers left to do, and he did four. He could do six more without error.

As he dipped his brush in his ink pot to sign his name on his fifth paper, his door was violently slid open, making a loud cracking sound that made him knock over his ink in shock and worsen his need.

"Captain! I made that tea for you!~" Rangiku's perky voice sounded out. She ran over to his desk and set the tea-tray beside his paperwork, looking at the ink mess. "Oh no....at least it didn't get on any of your papers, right?"

"Matsumoto!" Toshiro snapped at her. "Clean that ink up!"

"Yes, Captain..." She pouted, but did as she was told, leaving the room and coming back with damp washcloths to gently swab the ink off his desk. Afterwards, she tossed the rags into a laundry basket and left the room with the empty ink pot, then came back with it filled to the brim. "Here you go!"

"Thank you." He dipped his brush in the ink gently, then signed his signature in kanji with a flourish.

He expected Rangiku to leave after she gave him the tea, but much to his dismay, she didn't, taking a cup for herself and sitting on his couch, telling him all about the latest gossip she heard. Who was dating whom, who was cheating on whom, who had a wardrobe malfunction in front of their subordinates....she talked for what felt like hours.

Maybe it was hours, since Toshiro kept tuning her out to focus on his paperwork and on his bladder. Despite his power level and position, he wasn't above acting childishly when he had to pee, but only when he was alone, which he most certainly was not. Grimacing, he crossed and uncrossed his legs repeatedly under his desk, wishing Rangiku would leave him alone so he could properly dance around.

Rangiku, meanwhile, had only been talking for about thirty minutes, tops, and was oblivious to her captain's lack of attention. But it was okay, soon he'd take a break and drink some tea with her and chill! He looked nervous about something, if his constant squirming was a sign, and she wanted for him to relax. She was mainly upset that he was totally uninterested in the tea she made lovingly for him. She had drunken almost all of it, she was on her sixth cup.

Finally, Toshiro reached his goal of doing half his stack before taking a break, and he nearly jumped for joy. He jumped out of his chair, jolting his bladder and forcing him to lean against his desk to regain his balance. Another tight leg-cross kept the floodgates closed.
Rangiku looked over at him. "What's wrong? You look tense." She asked in genuine worry, her cheerful exterior gone. He stood up straight and nervously smiled at her.

"Nothing is wrong!" He cleared his throat. "I just have a stomach-ache and was going to go to the bathroom!" He was halfway to the door when Rangiku chimed in:

"Oh, the bathroom? There's a plumbing problem because a group of Soul Reapers from Squad 3 set off some kind of bomb in the sewers. It's all backed-up now and will be for the remainder of the day." She calmly sipped her tea. "Don't you remember? I told you about that, like, twenty minutes ago!"

"Can women still go?" He asked in a nonchalant voice. Perhaps he could go in there if nobody was around. His face fell when she shook her head.

"Poor Nanao-san nearly wet herself earlier because of it! Did I tell you that? I shall!"

Toshiro sat back down in his seat, utterly defeated. There was no signs of Rangiku leaving anytime soon, and he had no other way to relieve himself other than the nearby trash-can but again, he would not show such weakness in front of his lieutenant! Gritting his teeth, he went back to work, pressing a hand tightly into his crotch under his desk.

"So naturally, she was one of the first people who heard about the sewer bombing. It wasn't a destructive bomb, just some home-made one filled with confetti or something, but it still backed the sewers up pretty bad. She was all filled up with wine from an all-nighter Captain Shunsui pulled with her, and you already know where this is going to lead. She asked me to spend the morning with her, cleaning up the kitchens in the squads, but after a while I notice something's wrong...." Rangiku explained.

Toshiro was barely paying any attention. He had five more sheets to do, and they were all question-related, which he was incredibly thankful for. Any distraction would've been welcome, he thought as he tightly held himself.

"She was all flustered and blushy and embarrassed and couldn't stop fidgeting around. At first I thought my robe had slipped, but I checked and it wasn't that. I asked her what was wrong, but she assured me it was nothing. And maybe she was right, I thought at first, since Nanao-san usually always is like that around me...." Rangiku noticed her cup was empty, so she paused her story and stood up and walked over to the tea-pot.

She started slowly pouring the last of the tea into her cup, making Toshiro's eyes widen as he listened to the sound of the liquid loudly hitting the cup's bottom. And how warm and steamy it was....he shook his head and was suddenly assaulted by a large bladder spasm, which made him thrust both hands into his crotch.

"Captain? Are you okay?" Rangiku asked nervously, picking her cup up.

"I'm fine! Stomach-ache, remember?" He barely managed to sound serious, he instead sounded strained.

"Oh, right!" She smiled at him, but it was obvious she didn't believe him. She sat back down and continued her story.

Toshiro stared at the paperwork at his desk, knowing it needed to get done, but his need had grown nearly unbearable. Oh, why wouldn't Rangiku leave? And how can she drink eight of those cups without mentioning a need to pee once? And why did his stupid ice element affect his body so much? The next time him and his Zanpakuto spirit had a chat, he'd be sure to give that dragon a piece of his mind.

Toshiro stole a glance at Rangiku, who was still talking, but thankfully not looking at him. Seeing his golden opportunity, he jumped out of his chair and held himself tighter with both hands and wiggled around, dancing a bit.

When Rangiku looked back over, he quickly changed his dancing to jogging and took his hands out and put them into motion.
"What? It's good to keep your blood flowing!" He snapped in irritation at her, and she nodded and sipped her tea.

Glad that he at least got that out of his system, he sat back down and read the first question he was expected to answer:
1. How would you describe the overall atmosphere of your squad? Be as specific as possible!

Too easy. He scratched down his answer and chewed on the end of his brush, skimming through the rest of the questions.

They were all questions related to his squad and how well his subordinates worked together, and he easily answered all of them and pushed that paper to the side. Looking up at Rangiku, he saw that she had left the room at some point, taking the tea-tray with her.

Another opportunity! Not wasting any more time, lest Rangiku come back and he lost his chance, he dragged the trash can over to his desk and stood in front of it, hurriedly untying his sash that kept his robes together.

He managed to untie that and pushed his captain's robe out of the way, but before he could go any further, the familiar cracking sound of his office door being opened reached his ears and he sat back down, tying his sash under his desk.

Damn that woman! Why did she have a knack for coming in at the most inopportune times?

"Captain! They were all out of tea in our squad's kitchen, so I brought us some orange juice instead!" Rangiku said cheerfully, bringing in a pitcher of the orange drink with two glasses. She softly set it on Toshiro's desk, but instead of taking a drink for herself, she sat back down at the couch. "Isane-san said that should help your stomach-ache!"

"Oh, perfect then." Toshiro stated, and after Rangiku stared at him intensely, he quickly realized what she was waiting for him to do. "You mean, I have to drink a cup? Right now?!"

"Yes! I can't bare to have my captain sick!" Rangiku said in a genuinely kind tone.

".....Fine." He nervously tipped the pitcher and filled the cup up half-way, a difficult task with how much he was shaking, and he quickly gulped it all down. "There, I drank it."

"Now let's see if it works!" Rangiku said in a cheerful voice.

"Yes." Toshiro struggled to keep his focus on his paperwork, but his bladder was loudly screaming in protest, upset that he dared to add more liquid to it. A particularly violent spasm overtook him and he crammed both hands into his crotch, shaking.

"What's wrong with you?" Rangiku demanded, leaning over his desk. Toshiro looked up and jumped at how close she was, releasing a few damp, warm spurts into his undergarments, making his eyes widen. He tightly held himself with both hands, feeling his red blush radiate off his face.

"I told you, it's just a stomach-ache!" He insisted, leaning against his desk and standing up.

"Are you sure? You're acting just like Nanao-san was earlier when she-!" Rangiku's eyes widened as she suddenly realized what was wrong, and glanced back over at him. "Captain...?"

"I'm fine! It's a stomach-ache!" He insisted for the last time, pushing her out of the way and darting out of his office, running into his squad's common room. A few of his subordinates were hanging out in there, reading, talking, or finishing up some last-minute breakfast they couldn't finish in the cafeteria. Nobody had noticed him yet.

He figured if he just went outside, away from everyone, he'd save himself the humiliation of being known as the only captain to wet himself, which was of course an assumption, but his brain could only focus on one thing at the moment, and logic wasn't it.
So very slowly, he walked through the common room, not holding himself, taking the smallest possible baby steps ever. He could do this, he could make it, he could do this!

"Captain! Will you tell the truth about what's wrong with you? I know you're not sick with a stomach-ache!"

-The dam broke. Toshiro quickly grabbed his crotch with no hands, but it did very little to deter the powerful stream that simply sprayed between his fingers. The front of his robe was getting soaked, and the mess was bad enough to drip down his legs and into his socks and shoes. A large puddle was quickly spreading between his feet, and his face burned a bright red so hot it'd burn to the touch.
Nobody moved, said, or did anything was they watched their proud captain wet himself like the little kid he actually was. Tears streamed down his face, making his shame even worse. He begged the stream to just end, but once it did, he prayed for it to start up again, just because the silence was deafening.

"Captain..." Rangiku's voice sounded gentle, and she reached out a hand and put it on Toshiro's head. "Don't you guys know? Wetting yourself is the coolest thing now!" She said in a cheerful voice, her smile returning, and before Toshiro's eyes, his lieutenant started to wet herself purposefully, grinning at him the whole time.

The stream must've darkened her robes, but they were black, so the evidence wasn't easily seen there. The only proof anything was going on at all was the dark yellow stream that was rapidly falling from between her legs, which she currently had spread apart. She sighed in relief as she was doing it, which proved to Toshiro that she had to go just as badly as he did, maybe a little less, and was just much better at hiding it.

The common room remained silent as they watched not only their captain, but their lieutenant wet themselves, their two puddles combining into one. Once Rangiku was done, they all looked at each other nervously, unsure of what to say or do.

"Well? Go on, get out of here! And never breathe a word of what happened in here today to anyone! Otherwise, I'll find out about it and I'll report all of you at the next lieutenants' meeting! You don't want that, so go!" Rangiku suddenly ordered, and once the thought of being reported to the more scarier-lieutenants with even scarier captains finally sunk in, the common room was cleared out within a matter of moments, everyone running off in a different direction for their rooms.

Afterwards, she simply smiled at Toshiro. "Let's clean you up before you get sick, alright?"

"Matsumoto.....but why?" He asked.

"I couldn't let my captain get embarrassed like that, now could I? Besides, did you think I could drink tea all day and not have to pee? I was going to go earlier, but seeing how desperate you were...." She smiled more.

"Don't pull a stunt like that again." Toshiro said sternly. "You don't want to be made fun of too!"

"Oh, nobody's going to make fun of me. Now come on, let's put you in a bath!" She easily dragged her captain along, pulling him outside towards the hot springs. "Luckily our clothes are black, so nobody can tell we wet ourselves, huh? It'll be our little secret!"

"Not much of a secret when the whole common room saw us." Toshiro grumbled.

"Since we're both a mess, why don't we save both time and water by bathing together? It'll be fun!" Rangiku smiled brightly.

"MATSUMOTO!"
