My plan is to get it to be a time based need to go. So I’ll go every 4 hours, based on a timer on my phone that continually resets. Im currently being nice to my self and allowing a free pee a day if I missed the pee because of life commitments.
I’m currently getting ready to have some fun with holding and drinking enough water.
so I’m going to start my day with drinking a glass of water and peeing at about 5a.
at 6a, I’ll start drinking at least 20 oz water an hour.
then I’ll pee every 3 hours.
I’ll change it after I see how this goes.
I have the house to my self this weekend...
So I'm changing my rules to something more fun. All weekend I’ll be
1. In order to pee, I have to have something in my ass.
2. I’m not allowed to pee after going to bed.
Saturday:
1. I'll drink liter before I’m allowed to pee.
2. I’ll only pee 3/4 th of a liter.
any ideas for Sunday?
So I’v been able to do this schedule, but barely. My after-work time is a challenge, as is my before walk holding. Next week, I want to try some new challenges/ scheduling. Just to keep it interesting...
I’ve done this before, but thought that it would be fun to do again....
On work days:
Ill pee after my morning walk stead of before.
At work, I’ll pee 2-3 times.
Afterwork I’ll be holding until until my before bed pee....
on Saturday and Sunday? I’ll only go every 6 hours...
